Kristin responds very quickly to any email inquiry and she’s very helpful in accommodating any requests you might have with respect to appointment times and scheduling.

Ian is amazing at what he does. I can’t overly emphasize enough on how natural the results look. I can’t even tell it is not my real hair even when I get very close to the mirror and try to look for any imperfection. He’s been doing SMP for a very long time therefore you can feel secure his work is nothing short of amazing.

I have lots of hair. I went to Scalpp to add density on my crown and to fill in patches of over harvesting from a hair transplant. The scars are basically invisible now. I was quoted for 3 sessions but Ian got my finished in 2. Like the reviews say he is a PERFECTIONIST, he wouldn't let me go until everything was to his standards. You're in super safe hands with this guy trust me.

My experience with Advanced Hair began with an initial consultation in San Antonio, TX.  The purpose of the meeting was to see if I was a good candidate for FUE and to go over all of the details regarding surgery and cost.  The meeting went well, was very informative, and we scheduled the surgery for the following week in Houston.

I’m extremely pleased with how the day of surgery went.  Check-in was easy and straight-forward, and I had a good sense of how things would proceed from there.  Everyone was attentive and really friendly throughout the entire procedure.  It’s a long day, so the professionalism and attention to detail make a huge difference.  Regarding the results of the procedure, I’m very happy.

Lastly, I want to point out how great the staff are with following-up post-op with information to ensure I’m on track to maximize results.  They’ve also responded very quickly to any questions I have via text, and I’m looking forward to checking in with them over the next year to track my progress.  It’s important to note that this is an on-going process, and it’s reassuring to know that Advanced Hair will be there with me during this critical period.

I never thought that I would like to get into anything like this but I am feeling great about my new hairline which I haven't had since 1994. Richard has done such a great job and he makes me feel really comfortable. I never got a tattoo in fear of needles but this is really easy and non evasive.
