My experience with Advanced Hair began with an initial consultation in San Antonio, TX. The purpose of the meeting was to see if I was a good candidate for FUE and to go over all of the details regarding surgery and cost. The meeting went well, was very informative, and we scheduled the surgery for the following week in Houston. I’m extremely pleased with how the day of surgery went. Check-in was easy and straight-forward, and I had a good sense of how things would proceed from there. Everyone was attentive and really friendly throughout the entire procedure. It’s a long day, so the professionalism and attention to detail make a huge difference. Regarding the results of the procedure, I’m very happy. Lastly, I want to point out how great the staff are with following-up post-op with information to ensure I’m on track to maximize results. They’ve also responded very quickly to any questions I have via text, and I’m looking forward to checking in with them over the next year to track my progress. It’s important to note that this is an on-going process, and it’s reassuring to know that Advanced Hair will be there with me during this critical period.

Great experience from Logan at the front desk who kept in contact with me and reminded me of all my appointments, to Dr. Matthew Sam who was very personable and had great advice on my procedure, to the entire Houston nursing staff.
