From the first consult, Joe and Nicole made me feel comfortable, respected, and at ease. Joe really understands what it feels like to lose your hair, and he handled all of my sessions personally. Nicole is also highly skilled at SMP, and together they make a strong team. They walked me through every step and were honest, professional, and clearly know their craft.

What stood out most was how much they actually care. Out of all the SMP videos I’ve seen, Scalp Logic’s work looks the most natural. This isn’t just business for them, they take real pride in what they do. Joe is incredibly detailed during the sessions, and Nicole follows up to make sure everything is healing properly and that you’re satisfied with the results. I came in just hoping to feel a little better about how I looked. I left with real confidence.

Joe is truly a pioneer in the space of scalp micropigmentation. Joe received one of the first smp procedures and had to have it laser removed because it had that overtly dark large impression look. This experience galvanized him to develop a treatment that is truly undetectable. Joe is passionate because he knows what it feels like to lose your hair and how devastating that can be. This passion shows through in the work and relationship that they coalesce with their clients at Scalp Logic. I spent a solid year researching the procedure as well as different practitioners. Each time I made contact with someone, I ended up putting my search on hold. I either felt that they were only interested in the money or that their skill set left me feeling uncertain that they could provide what I was looking for. I found Nichole and Joe on youtube and I immediately knew that I had found the right providers for me. They even coined the phrase, “subtle smp” which was the exact type of result that I was wanting. I was terrified of getting a treatment that left me with an unnatural look that would cause people to stare or ask questions. Joe and Nichole took the time to find out exactly what my goals were and worked with me closely to develop this reality. In an industry that I found to be rife with people looking for a quick buck, it was so refreshing to see Nichole and Joe’s genuineness regarding my journey and their desire to see me happy about my results. As someone who was beyond cautious starting this journey, I can wholeheartedly say that I am so happy I did it but even more than that, I am so grateful that I found Scalp Logic. I have thanked you both so many times before but it cannot be said enough. Joe and Nichole thank you for providing me with this extra boost to my confidence. Going bald can feel hopeless at times. Scalp Logic has changed that.

So because there is a lot of unawareness about SMP, it was on a wing that I found Joe and Nicole at Scalp Logic. Little did I know that it  was gonna be the best decision of my life. They were so professional, and so amazing through the entire process. I could not be happier I feel confident I feel good about myself I could not recommend them enough. They are also reasonably priced and VERY good at what they do!! Will only return to them if i ever need touch up 7-10 years from now!!

I am an SMP-Artist myself and when I started my mentorship at Scalp Logic, I already had a very good foundation. I passed a full training and did lots of clients on my own before entering this awesome experience. And that's what it was!
I was trained by Nicole, who is not only the nicest person you could hope for, but also an incredible teacher! My results just turned from fairly good to incredible - that's the only way to put it!

By far the best in the industry!! These are realistic results, my experience was amazing. Nicole and Joe are genuine people who care about their work. My results are amazing and healed perfect. I visited numerous clinics before this place, I found most competitors want to give you a non realistic instant product without any care of what you will look like in the future. Nicole only cares about what the finished healed product will look like. I highly recommend them!!!!
