I have always wanted to have my eyebrows tattooed but was a little nervous of the outcome. I saw Jackson Lamar’s advertisement on instagram and decided to call him. He seemed very knowledgeable on micro pigmentation especially on people of color so I made an appointment with him. He did ombre powdered brows for me and through the whole process I was comfortable and trusting, not to tell you my brows came out great and I’m in love with them. He also honors his work. Finished my second session with Jackson, he’s amazing! Started with a consultation to figure out what I needed and scheduled my first session and he followed through with what I was aiming for! Clear and concise, letting me know the process, and expected amount of sessions to get where I needed to be. I have one more session with Jackson in a few months to get my SMP finalized to the results I want and am looking forward to seeing my completed SMP procedure. I have my full trust with Jackson when it comes to getting this done right and honestly don’t think I could trust anyone else to work on my scalp the way Jackson did. I know when I will need touch-ups in the next coming years, it will be Jackson I will work with.

Had FUE just over a week ago. Great communication and professionalism from the Dallas Bosley team. The whole staff is great. The only reason I decided to move forward was after meeting with Dr. Kilgore & Trey Little in person. Great people and very knowledgeable. It is too soon to tell where the results will land, but everything is progressing as expected so far. I will keep this review updated!

The entire team was so amazing and I could tell they genuinely wanted me to have a great experience. So because they cared - I did! I am also especially thankful for Leslie who did my consult and helped me through figuring out the finance part of things and - even during her weekend! She also helped get me scheduled for the procedure just 2 weeks out once I got approved for financing! But from the moment I walked in until the moment I left, every single person I interacted with made me feel comfortable, supported, and completely at ease.

Having had a previous transplant elsewhere, I can honestly say the experience at MAXIM was on a whole different level. Donnita, the office manager, was incredibly responsive and helpful leading up to my appointment. She answered all of my questions and ensured I was fully prepared before I even walked in the door.

Dr. Thiele was fantastic. He took his time to sit down with me, map out the hairline, and make sure it was exactly what I wanted. He emphasized that it was my decision and he wanted me to feel confident about the final look. His patience and attention to detail were impressive, and it was clear he genuinely cared about getting it right.

The procedure itself lasted about eight hours, but the entire team made it feel easy. Everyone was focused on my comfort with no rushing and no stress. I was kept informed throughout the whole process and felt completely included and in control. Pain was basically nonexistent, and their bedside manner made all the difference.

What really stood out was the follow-up. Dr. Thiele personally called me the next day, on a Saturday during his own weekend, to check in and gave me his direct number in case I had any concerns. That level of care is rare.

I did not get the surgery. While Dr. Thiele was very short with me and matter of fact, I appreciated his honesty. His consultation made it clear that I would probably not get the results I was looking for. He assured me that he is there every step of the way from extraction to transplantation. He was honest with his team’s capabilities and the results I could expect. He didn’t give guarantees just possibilities which I greatly appreciated. This helped me make an informed decision to not go ahead with the transplant as I probably wouldn’t have enough donor hair to complete the crown of my head. I’m only giving 4 stars because of his annoyed demeanor during the consultation.

My hair transplant was not what I expected.  After my transplant I was not aware that I was going to have to take the drug Finasteride for the hair to take and continue growing.  I stopped taking the drug because of the side affects it had.  After I stopped the hair started falling off and thinning.  I was recommended a medicated spray which was expensive.  The $12k I paid was not worth it.  It was a waste of my hard earned money.  If I would have known I had to take that medication for the hair to take, I would have never done the procedure.  This was never disclosed to me.  I’m making this review so people are aware of this before spending all that money.  I feel Advanced Hair should make this right on my behalf.  Everyone needs to do their homework before embarking on such a journey.

The entire team are friendly, sincere, professional, and made this a great experience. Kudos to the team when they informed me that only half the grafts I originally requested were the best for my procedure! That shows honesty and integrity whereas others would have simply kept the $$ they returned a hefty credit.
