Maxim Hair Restoration & Transplants - Dallas

After a lot of research, I decided to get a second hair transplant at MAXIM Hair Restoration. It was a five-hour drive for me, and like with any medical procedure, there's always a bit of uncertainty. You don’t really know what you’re walking into until you meet the doctor, nurses, and staff. But from the moment I walked in until the moment I left, every single person I interacted with made me feel comfortable, supported, and completely at ease. Having had a previous transplant elsewhere, I can honestly say the experience at MAXIM was on a whole different level. Donnita, the office manager, was incredibly responsive and helpful leading up to my appointment. She answered all of my questions and ensured I was fully prepared before I even walked in the door. Dr. Thiele was fantastic. He took his time to sit down with me, map out the hairline, and make sure it was exactly what I wanted. He emphasized that it was my decision and he wanted me to feel confident about the final look. His patience and attention to detail were impressive, and it was clear he genuinely cared about getting it right. The procedure itself lasted about eight hours, but the entire team made it feel easy. Everyone was focused on my comfort with no rushing and no stress. I was kept informed throughout the whole process and felt completely included and in control. Pain was basically nonexistent, and their bedside manner made all the difference. What really stood out was the follow-up. Dr. Thiele personally called me the next day, on a Saturday during his own weekend, to check in and gave me his direct number in case I had any concerns. That level of care is rare. The team at MAXIM in Dallas truly goes above and beyond. Their pricing is fair, their professionalism is top-notch, and I can already tell the results are going to be fantastic. I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know who’s considering a hair transplant, and if I ever need another one, this is the only place I’d go. As a business owner myself, I know how hard it is to make every customer happy, but these people nailed it. Thank you all so much. I visited the office for the very first time for a free consultation. The staff member was super friendly and and very nice. She was explaining everything for me in a easiest way possible for me to understand my conditions. She is very knowledgable. I highly recommend to check this place out.

Every single person on this team - Dr. Thiele, Donnita, Lisa, Al, and Laura - absolutely amazing! They are highly experienced, patient, compassionate, and actually care about their patients and their comfort. There was no pressure with the consultations. And it was stressed and proven over and over through the procedure that safety and keeping me pain free was of utmost concern. The morning after I was having some nausea and they went above and beyond and helped me resolve that as well. It has only been a few days but my recovery is coming along better than expected and I am only waiting now to see the excellent result. Thank you all so much!

I did not get the surgery. While Dr. Thiele was very short with me and matter of fact, I appreciated his honesty. His consultation made it clear that I would probably not get the results I was looking for. He assured me that he is there every step of the way from extraction to transplantation. He was honest with his team’s capabilities and the results I could expect. He didn’t give guarantees just possibilities which I greatly appreciated. This helped me make an informed decision to not go ahead with the transplant as I probably wouldn’t have enough donor hair to complete the crown of my head. I’m only giving 4 stars because of his annoyed demeanor during the consultation.
