I love the energy. I love the experience. The people are amazing. They will do whatever it takes to meet your expectations. The staff goes above and beyond I highly recommend Hair Club of Louisville. Kat Is my hairstylist and I’m super thankful to have her do my hair ❤️ I’d be lost with out her talent. If you’re needing any kind of hair solution hair treatment hair restoration this is your go to place.

If i could give HAIRCLUB a zero rating, I would. This place is a scam, pure and simple. Do not buy EXT program if you have bald spots or receding hairlines. They will tell you they can help you right up until you sign the non-refundable contract. Then the truth comes out. They took over 7 grand of my money. Over 7 grand that I worked overtime, night after night, to save up for this endeavor, just to be lied to my face with a smile and a false promise of a refund.

I was told I could get refunded half my money at 6 months by the rep I signed with if I wasn't happy, but yet, the Manager tells me after 1 month that the contract is non-refundable. I only received 1 single treatment. That's it. They're crooks and should be investigated by the BBB, whom I will be making a complaint to.  They want your money, NOT to help you. These people have a cash register where their hearts should be.

There are more trustworthy/legitimate companies who operate with integrity and honor the refunds their reps promise in the initial consultation. If I can save one person from these criminal practices, it'll be worth it. I'm sure the ownership is proud of what has occurred here. I have no hair, no 7 grand, and now, no hope. No Happy Holidays for me, I guess. In summary, AVOID HAIRCLUB AT ALL COSTS!

I was really nervous checking this place because you never know who tries to take advantage of you nowadays. Not only was Hair club incredibly welcoming and kind but was very patient and informative about my needs and what I wanted to do. They never were pushy or trying to get me to just "sign up." As for the stylist Richard, I couldn't have asked for better talent or personality. He really makes you want to get into your next appointment as soon as you can. This place has been life changing for what it's done for me and they people here who care.

EDIT: Even three months later with this company has been amazing. Anytime you are unsure of your hair they are always willing to bring you back in and make sure you leave confident and looking the best you can. I've already had three different hairstyles with them and have been nothing but admired from the public. Thank you again hair club for everything. In the future I hope to work closer with this company and even get the chance to model for them. Much love, Chaz.

My consultation experience with Cindy Mei was great! She helped me make one of the most important decisions for my life, and that was to get my hair restored to its former look. How did Cindy Mei help, might you ask, she connected me to the resources available so that I was able to get the treatment! I felt comfortable with my decision on getting my hair transplant procedure and part of the reason why is because of the affordable prices I was given to get the surgery! If your looking to get your hair restored and don't know if your capable, just ask for a Cindy Mei and she is sure to do her best in making whatever plans you might have to restore one of your most important features, and that's your hair!

So I just completed my hair restoration surgery, but let me tell you about my experience! I went in to the Louisville office for a consultation with Cindy Mei, and she was my first contact to my hair restoration! I went in there nervous, but as soon as I met Cindy, she eased my mind, and helped me to ultimately achieve my dreams! She was very straightforward and very understanding! She understood the importance of my hair restoration, and she took it seriously. I would recommend going to Cindy, and even after the procedure, she is still accessible! It’s not a one and done contact, but they are there for you the whole time! Cindy, thank you so much for helping me and my family member out.

My first consultation in Louisville went great with Cindy Mei.  She reviewed my hair situation and took pictures and was able to determine the number of transplants needed to cover the area in need.  She provided a quote and was able to arrange my appointment in Columbus, Ohio.  Following the consultation I was able to text additional questions to her which she answered immediately.  I had the transplant procedure done a week ago and please with the outcome and look forward to the end result.  I highly recommend Bosley and enjoyed working with Cindy in Louisville as well as Dr Krenitsky and his talented staff in Columbus.  The following photo is 6 days after the procedure.

I’ve been thinking of doing hair restoration for over a year. I finally decided to do it with Bosley and I am so excited to see the results in a few months! I’d like to give a shoutout to Ms. Cindy Mei, my Counselor / Consultant here in Louisville, Kentucky! She was just so awesome and made me feel that I am really in good hands. She was the same person I spoke with last year about the hair restoration, and surprisingly when I reached out to them again this year she remembered all that we talked about (imagine, one year, and she still remembers) which impressed me. She has the best customer service ever! Very kind and professional. I can even reach out to her after I did the surgery. She's there to answer everything I need and want to know about the process. Highly recommended! Great job!

After researching Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP) for a while, I came across Theresa. From the first phone call with her she made me feel comfortable about getting it which made my decision easier. Then, once I met her. She was a great and caring person about her work. The results from the first session with her made me feel confident in what the end result would be. And, the end results are far superior to what I could have imagined. If you’re on the fence whether to do it or not. I’d highly recommend speaking with Theresa. She also uplifts you in the process which is a plus. I enjoyed the whole process.

What most people don’t know is that Theresa is one of the OGs of SMP.  There’s only a handful of providers worldwide that have the experience level that she does.  If you dive deep into online research you’ll see this.  I feel lucky to have her close (1.5 hours away).  She was an absolute professional through my three SMP sessions and the result is even better than I had hoped for.  Even after the second session, I would have been happy if that was the final result.  I can’t recommend Theresa highly enough!  There will absolutely be cheaper providers out there but if you want the best, most realistic appearance she is the “go to”.  It took me several years of research before pulling the trigger on SMP and my only regret is that I did not do this sooner.
