My consultation experience with Cindy Mei was great! She helped me make one of the most important decisions for my life, and that was to get my hair restored to its former look. So I just completed my hair restoration surgery, but let me tell you about my experience! I went in to the Louisville office for a consultation with Cindy Mei, and she was my first contact to my hair restoration! I went in there nervous, but as soon as I met Cindy, she eased my mind, and helped me to ultimately achieve my dreams! She was very straightforward and very understanding! She understood the importance of my hair restoration, and she took it seriously. I would recommend going to Cindy, and even after the procedure, she is still accessible! It’s not a one and done contact, but they are there for you the whole time! Cindy, thank you so much for helping me and my family member out.

My first consultation in Louisville went great with Cindy Mei. She reviewed my hair situation and took pictures and was able to determine the number of transplants needed to cover the area in need. She provided a quote and was able to arrange my appointment in Columbus, Ohio. Following the consultation I was able to text additional questions to her which she answered immediately. I had the transplant procedure done a week ago and please with the outcome and look forward to the end result.
