I love the energy. I love the experience. The people are amazing. They will do whatever it takes to meet your expectations. The staff goes above and beyond I highly recommend Hair Club of Louisville. Kat Is my hairstylist and I’m super thankful to have her do my hair ❤️ I’d be lost with out her talent. If you’re needing any kind of hair solution hair treatment hair restoration this is your go to place.

If i could give HAIRCLUB a zero rating, I would. This place is a scam, pure and simple. Do not buy EXT program if you have bald spots or receding hairlines. They will tell you they can help you right up until you sign the non-refundable contract. Then the truth comes out. They took over 7 grand of my money. Over 7 grand that I worked overtime, night after night, to save up for this endeavor, just to be lied to my face with a smile and a false promise of a refund. I was told I could get refunded half my money at 6 months by the rep I signed with if I wasn't happy, but yet, the Manager tells me after 1 month that the contract is non-refundable. I only received 1 single treatment. That's it. They're crooks and should be investigated by the BBB, whom I will be making a complaint to. They want your money, NOT to help you. These people have a cash register where their hearts should be. There are more trustworthy/legitimate companies who operate with integrity and honor the refunds their reps promise in the initial consultation. If I can save one person from these criminal practices, it'll be worth it. I'm sure the ownership is proud of what has occurred here. I have no hair, no 7 grand, and now, no hope. No Happy Holidays for me, I guess. In summary, AVOID HAIRCLUB AT ALL COSTS!

Everyone is so nice displaying great attitudes!!! It is very rare today to receive such good customer service. Lorry is absolutely terrific!! She has a great personality, genuinely cares about her clients and is incredibly talented! Hair Club should do everything to keep her happy because you have a real gem of an employee and an exceptional colleague!!! I have been a client for awhile and feel like I have a very good friend as well!

I was really nervous checking this place because you never know who tries to take advantage of you nowadays. Not only was Hair club incredibly welcoming and kind but was very patient and informative about my needs and what I wanted to do. They never were pushy or trying to get me to just "sign up." As for the stylist Richard, I couldn't have asked for better talent or personality. He really makes you want to get into your next appointment as soon as you can. This place has been life changing for what it's done for me and they people here who care. EDIT: Even three months later with this company has been amazing. Anytime you are unsure of your hair they are always willing to bring you back in and make sure you leave confident and looking the best you can. I've already had three different hairstyles with them and have been nothing but admired from the public. Thank you again hair club for everything. In the future I hope to work closer with this company and even get the chance to model for them. Much love, Chaz.

A wonderful hair club I've been at. I award them an extremely high rating. The highest possible. I appreciate them so much. Richard has been the person I've seen the last three times and he did a great job ! Thanks ! They have wonderful people everywhere. At the counter for check-in and check-out, they have very nice people. I truly enjoy their work and I will recommend them. Thanks again.
