From start to finish, Dr. Varona and his incredible team knocked it out of the park.

Cannot recommend Dr. Varona and crew ENOUGH! Had such an amazing experience the day of my surgery -- just watched White Lotus all day while the crew did their thing. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Jen and Shawna made me feel comfortable right away during my initial consultation. They took their time to explain the SMP process, results I could expect, and answered all my questions. They seemed very confident my case would be a “home run”, which made me feel great and want to put my trust in them. Also, the office was clean and nicely appointed. They provided large screen televisions loaded with all the streaming services, pillows, snacks, and beverages. Shawna was my provider and truly delivered a first class experience. She is talented, knowledgeable, compassionate, and friendly. Whether we were binging Netflix or just chatting she always made it a very comfortable and enjoyable environment. Great experience. Love the natural look approach, as I didn’t want a new hairline from 25 years ago but rather to support the hairline I have today. If I didn’t tell people I had the procedure, they would have never known. About 11 days between the procedure and going back to work with a high and tight haircut on day 10. Dr. Ronaghi is a breath of fresh air and makes the whole process as easy as it can be. He’s also not pushy at all and listens to his patients. This is the only cosmetic procedure I’ve had done and I’m completely satisfied.

Happy to get to see her while she is in Newport Beach. We liked that it’s a medical clinic with a doctor present in there. The clinic is next to Hoag Hospital. It’s in a medical building on Superior Avenue. We actually booked our Botox to be done by the doctor too. We chatted with another client of hers, waiting at the lounge who shared that Elsie is top tier for Scalp Micropigmentation and for Hair PRP therapy. The lady drove in from San Diego. We like how passionate Elsie is about many things especially in health and wellness, how transparent she is, on what she can and cannot do for Robert’s hair, how she did not pressure us to choose her clinic. Her expertise and attention to details delivers natural SMP results, and my now glowing skin too, boosting both our self-confidence. Rob and I are very pleased with our experience.
