She created a realistic looking hairline to show me how I could look with SMP. It was done with detail and skill that I almost just wanted to leave it on. Then I was given my options for what was possible for my situation. Everything including prep, procedure, and aftercare was explained in great detail.

I've been researching SMP for over a year and I finally made the decision and have have not regretted it. If you decide SMP is for you, I would recommend coming here. I'm totally satisfied and impressed with how my SMP came out after 3 sessions.

Location is clean and professional, located inside a larger building with other medical and health oriented offices. Easy access from the 880 and Montague Expressway. Huge parking lot. Very convenient.

I wasn't expecting her to fix my previous girls work because you just can't expect miracles, but Alana did a freaken amazing job, she did more than expected and did exactly what I wanted. She is the real deal, professional and definitely an artist. You guys better book with her because she will do a beautiful job sculpting you like a masterpiece. I'm very happy and impressed to be honest because many do what she does, but they don't have the artist beauty and her hands will turn everything she touches to gold.  She's worth the price!

This place is absolutely amazing. I’ve been coming here for a while now to get PRP treatments done and I have had such a great experience. The staff here are really friendly at the front desk and the doctor is absolutely amazing. He’s such a great guy and super knowledgeable, and very honest with setting expectations, I have talked to him about so many things and concerns, and he has touched base on every single question and is super patient and understanding! He will go into depth and explain every single thing we could do to try to attack it in the best way possible since hair loss is such a time sensitive issue….he takes all that in consideration to try to get the best results for his patients!! he even has showed so many results of patients of his that have had such a dramatic change in their hair because of the path he has taken them through to see improvement! He also has unbeatable prices compared to other competitors, so I would definitely recommend coming to this location if you are in need of a certain hair growth or treatment, even if you need to get a hair transplant!!!

The guy tried talking about how much he dislikes liberals while he was working on my face and I am transgender.
I felt very uncomfortable and worried he'd do something to my face if I disagreed.

My procedure was a hair transplant (FUE) I am still in the early stages but I am very happy with everything. The entire staff is incredible from the front desk to the doctors

They did not try to pressure you into buying more grafts, products or any other procedures.

They don't try to sway you any of your decisions for their financial favor and that is something I highly value.

Dr Nguyen and Dr Shy are  total "pros" they are honest, personable and there are no ego’s that get in the way. The doctors participate in all aspects of the visit from the first visit greeting / consultation through the procedure.

My wife went to MEND for a different procedure and had the same exact experience as myself.
