I got a hair transplant yesterday. Dr Niebalski is incredibly kind and talented, he's done an absolutely amazing job, and I will always be grateful for the work he's done. Also, I have a really bad fear of needles in medical settings, so my many numbing shots were very distressing and difficult for me to get through, but the team did everything they could to keep me comfortable and get me through it. BIG thank you to them for that. Afterwards, I was completely relaxed the entire procedure. I even dozed off a few times, I was so relaxed! I am also grateful they did a single case agreement with my insurance. Please, don't think just because they were able to do it for me, they can for you - insurance companies are very challenging to work with, and the process took me nearly a year and a half from my consultation - but they did what they could for me, and it happen to work out, mainly because of their persistent work. I do very much recommend Northwest Hair Restoration, and Dr Niebalski. I am so happy with my surgery overall, and very excited to see results!

I’m writing somewhat of a lengthy review because if you’re like me and you’re new to the hair restoration process, you’re probably basing a lot of your decision on reviews and looking for the experience of others to help inform your decision. I had a very positive experience with Northwest Hair Restoration and would absolutely recommend them to anyone interested in FUE. During my initial consultation, I met with Dr. Niedbalski where he personally evaluated my situation and gave me a good sense of what to expect both in terms of results and pricing. From his demeanor and professionalism, I could immediately tell that he was the right fit. This was in contrast to another well-known clinic in the area where I only met with a salesperson, not the Dr. doing the procedure, which left me feeling less than confident in them and more like just a number. After meeting with Dr. Niedbalski I immediately knew he was the right choice, and I booked the procedure for their next available date. Fast forward to the day of the procedure. I was nervous going in, but his staff (a team of fantastic individuals) quickly put me at ease. My procedure took most of the day, so I had a long time to get to know them all. They did a fantastic job making sure that I was comfortable and continually checked in on me and assured me that my comfort was their priority. The view of Mt. Rainier in the procedure room is incredible, and I swear they made the Spotify playlist just for me as it had so many of my favorites. The team worked seamlessly together, and I could tell they genuinely enjoyed each other’s company. I asked a ton of random questions which they happily answered, and I learned a lot about their backgrounds, families, their depth of experience, how the procedure is done, as well as the level of meticulousness they take to ensure high-quality results. I felt genuinely cared for by Dr. Niedbalski and his team, and that means a lot. After a week or so, Allie (NP) followed up with me to see how I was healing, and I swear she spent 45 minutes on the phone with me answering all my random questions (thanks, Allie!!). It’s now been almost two months since the procedure and things are progressing as expected and I can’t wait for my six-month follow up. But I’ll be back before then - I thought so highly of Dr. Niedbalski and his staff that I’m coming in this week for one of their other treatments. If you’ve researched this procedure, you know you want someone who is an expert in FUE and truly cares about the customer experience, and that’s Dr. Niedbalski. You also want a professional team that works seamlessly together, takes care of you, and has fun while doing it. The team - Allie, Melanie, GG, Mala, Anida, Breanna, and Tarah (and I hope I’m not forgetting anyone that I met!) were absolutely fantastic and I truly had an enjoyable and memorable day with them. I'm not someone who’s easily impressed and like most business professionals, I’m invariably limited on time. However, the experience I had with Dr. Niedbalski and his team exceeded my expectations and in turn, compelled me to take time out to write this commentary. From the initial consultation through the post-op review, everyone there was professional, accommodating, and consistently focused on ensuring my comfort and satisfaction with every step of the process. What really impressed me though was their wonderful “continuity of patience and grace” throughout the whole procedure. Those two attributes alone are not easy for anyone to exercise successfully on a consistent basis, but they did it on their feet, with a cheerful attitude for nearly 10 hours straight…Amazing! That said, if you’re truly interested and serious about having a nice full head of hair once again, I highly recommend calling Northwest Hair Restoration. Whether you’re in the infancy stages of researching the process, trying to find the right doctor to partner with, or just have questions about the various options available, Dr. Niedbalski can help. On a side note, I vetted a multitude of doctors and clinics on their processes, background education, experience, ethical and practice reviews, industry knowledge, and personability, and I can confidently say they hit ALL of the marks for me. And, although it required me to travel out of state, the trip was well worth it!! Thank you to Dr. Niedbalski and the whole outstanding NWHR team!
