I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Bosley. From start to finish, the team was professional, supportive, and made me feel confident in my decision. The results speak for themselves — at 28 years old I went from noticeable thinning and bald spots to a full, natural-looking head of hair. It’s been a huge boost to my confidence. If you’re on the fence, just do it — Bosley changed my life.

It’s been over a year since I underwent a hair transplant procedure at this clinic. I was advised to go ahead with approximately 3000 grafts to cover hair loss near the temples. After the procedure, I was told that most of the grafts had been distributed in that region. However, after more than a year, I’ve seen no visible improvement. Every time I reach out to them for a follow-up or concern, the response is disappointing. Instead of addressing the issue, they shift the blame onto me, claiming I didn’t follow the post-procedure care properly. For instance, I informed them that I’ve been consistently using a topical finasteride spray for maintenance, but they casually dismissed it, saying I should’ve used oral pills instead — something that was never clearly communicated before. There’s always a new excuse, and never any accountability on their part. I recently visited for my one-year follow-up appointment and expressed my frustration about the continued visibility of my scalp, expecting some guidance or at least acknowledgment. The doctor’s response was indifferent — he simply said I could go for another procedure, adding, “Nothing is free, you know.” I find this highly unprofessional. It feels like their support and concern ended the moment the payment was made. It’s incredibly disheartening to be in the same situation I was in a year ago, both financially and emotionally drained, with no results to show.

I got two procedures done here and had the most incredible experience. The pre-procedure, procedure and after care were superb. The results couldn’t have been better. It is the best money I could have spent for hair restoration. I am so happy with results and would highly recommend Bosley for anyone who is looking into quality hair restoration!

My first time with Bosley was in 1999 and it was just as great a visit in 2025 with Dr. Lee. Professional and knowledgeable but most of all IT WORKS!! No regrets. Highly recommended!

Moral of the story, I went to another surgeon to fix my FUE that Bosley did and he asked if I went to Turkey. That’s how bad it was. - 4-5 hair grafts placed in my hairline, giving a doll hair like appearance. This is a real mistake that hair mills do, not a top dollar company like Bosley, but they did. - did not angle the hairs forward and to the side, they left the 4-5 hair bundles sticking straight up adding to the doll hair and unnatural appearance. - Right side corner never grew in - hairline was unnatural. The Bosley surgeon spent maybe 5 minutes designing it. - my new surgeon placed 3k more grafts, spent an hour and a half designing my hairline and removed 4-500 grafts that Bosley placed. This place is top dollar and bottom quality. They knew they messed up and only offered 200 grafts to fix the problem. They can’t place the blame on me, no amount of post-op care or oral medications would fix their terrible graft placement. Stay away. Northwest Hair Restoration fixed me up right after these guys butchered my head.
