He gives very detailed before, during and after instructions  throughout the whole process. Also teaches you how to maximize your results to reduce fading. The studio is a very relaxing environment and Casey provides a tv the you can watch a show or listen to music. Also the price is very reasonable compared to other people. I highly recommend Casey if this is something you are looking to do.

At age 22 my hairline had been both receding and thinning. I was pretty close to throwing in the towel and just rocking the bald look. I've been coming to RHI for a year or two now, and can confidently say that they've saved my hair. Dr. Roopani and his team genuinely care about their patients, and never tried to force me into any procedures or things I wasn't comfortable with.
