Raving Review about my 2 experiences at this clinic I can’t say enough great things about Advanced Hair Restoration! I had my first procedure with them two years ago, where they performed around 3,500 grafts, and the results were absolutely incredible. From the very first consultation in Portland, Oregon, to my appointment with their representative in Seattle, the entire process was seamless, easy to understand, and handled by a knowledgeable and professional team. The front desk staff are amazing—friendly, welcoming, and Miss Alex is still there from my last procedure, which really speaks volumes about the company and how well they treat their employees. It’s always a great sign when people genuinely enjoy where they work, and that same positivity carries through to the experience as a patient. For my second procedure today, I had 2,100 grafts done, and once again, the experience was top-notch. The technicians were kind, professional, and extremely attentive. Dr. Parungao was highly recommended and I was glad and excited to be under his car. He is fantastic—informative, kind, and easy to talk to. He made sure I was comfortable and well-informed throughout the entire procedure, which I really appreciated. I would recommend Advanced Hair Restoration to anyone considering hair restoration. If my first experience is any indication, I can’t wait to see the results of this latest procedure in the coming months. Thus far I have only gone in for a consultation, but Tammy was fantastic! Very down to earth, very informative, and easy to talk to. I have been trying to learn what I can online and Tammy was able to provide much more professional and relevant details. There were a few questions that I was trying to keep in my head to be sure to ask, but she often provided information that answered them before I asked. It was a very well paced discussion. If you are at all considering this, or have questions that you are not getting the answer to, then I would highly recommend going in for a discussion. Tammy gave me a lot of confidence in Advanced Hair and was very helpful in addressing my specific situation, as well as laying out the best financial options. I'm just about certain to move forward at this point.
