This is my certificate that she said she would use. My mom got the certificate from scalp works ink because she did a valpak coupon mailer deal. Still have the certificate and never have been able to use it. But since apparently you don’t take credit for someone working in your place of buisness, I’ll Atleast change your rating I thought I had an appointment to get my lashes done a few days before my wedding. I had sent her inspiration pics 1 month before my appointment to ensure my appointment was still good and she didn’t respond. I hoped for the best and Once the week came and I tried to confirm if I had an appointment I got no response again. Drove to the building, no one there. I have a certificate from a couple years ago that I never got to use and she said she would honor it for this service and then I got ghosted. Soo disappointing and totally ruined my look for my wedding.

I’ve been researching Micro scalp pigmentation for a while now. When I research for locations that perform this work there are very few here in Washington Puget Sound area. Also, this is a very specific profession that has to be done by a certified professional. Dustin at Scalp Works Ink was a pleasure to work with. He carefully reviewed my concerns and areas I wanted treated during consultation. Procedure, estimates, schedule, and post procedure was thoroughly communicated. The results were better than I expected. Dustin is a professional in his trade and I can attest to it. Highly recommend this treatment for men and women!

Went there for a diamond microdermabrasion that i got from groupon and Tosha provided me the best customer service ever. She was so freiendly, patient and nice. She talked to me about my concerns at first and recommended some products and also gave me sample of a facial scrub to help with my black&white heads. The whole process was so smooth and relaxing except for the extraction part which definitely HURTS, as i was tearing up. But it was all worth it. Finished the day with definitely a bit of a redness due to removal of the impurities, but I have never seen my nose so CLEAR. I'll definitely be back with my friends to try more of the facials :)

My daughter had an eyelash appointment and Tosha was a no show. She called her apologizing and promised to get her in later that day. My daughter never heard from her again even after texting her to see if she could fit her in at a later date as she was only here for the weekend. I find this extremely unprofessional to miss a scheduled appointment and then to not respond at all.

Very impressed with staff. Everyone I have spoken with there has been professional and knowledgeable. Definitely will be recommending Scalp Works Ink to friends and family.
