He's super down to earth, very easy going, a great conversationalist and he genuinely cares. He goes above and beyond...For example - after the surgery, you can text with questions - the response time is usually within minutes. He and his staff work seamlessly together to create a safe, clean and nurturing environment for the procedure. His support staff is amazing and have decades of combined experience. I had 1,600 grafts put into my crown and I'm super excited to see the results. I'm going schedule another session next year to fill in some of my hairline. Thanks team!

Dr. Fallon is a true master of his craft. He genuinely cares about each and every one of his patients and makes the process seamless from start to finish. I was pleased to hear the two assistants helping him had 30+ years of experience combined in the business. I watched them work, and their techniques and movements seemed precise and confident. I couldn’t believe how meticulous they both were. I can tell Dr. Fallon treats his staff well because they all seem very happy to be there, with some coming from other big chain clinics to work for him. I did a lot of research and inquired into other clinics in the area, and Dr. Fallon’s knowledge and expertise, coupled with his passion for excellence made the decision to come here an easy one. In my research, it was recommended that I ask a clinic specific questions, such as if they layered hair with 1’s in the front, 3’s in the back, if they used microscopes, if the doctor does most of the procedure, if the angle hairs to make it look natural, etc. I subtly asked him these questions during our in person consultation and over the phone, and every single question he answered was spot on with an in depth explanation of why they do it, and red flags to look for at other clinics (IE, clinics in Turkey and big chain clinics that treat you as dollar signs). You want someone who will focus on your case with precision and not push you out the door for the next patient to come in (which is something his assistants said was the case with other clinics they’d worked for). I can’t say enough about how good I felt after the procedure was done. His prices are incredibly reasonable, and for the work that he does I’m honestly surprised he doesn’t charge more. He fed me home made lunch that was very good, and made sure I was as comfortable as I could be during the procedure. When I came for my follow up the next day, he knew I didn’t have a hat. I purchased one before I came in, but unbeknownst to him, he brought one of his own personal hats from home for me to wear. Just an all around stand up guy who puts integrity and patient care first.

I have gone to see Dr. Fallon on multiple occasions to explore options related to a receding hairline. He was the first doctor I have seen that recommended waiting on surgery and trying other options first. With other hair surgeons I visited, I felt pressure to act immediately and they recommended I go ahead with a transplant while suggesting twice the amount of grafts that Dr. Fallon did. On every visit, he truly wanted to know more about me and how he could help. Dr. Fallon is the most professional and caring physicians I have ever worked with and I would recommend anyone thinking about a hair transplant go see Troy! He is one of a kind!

Dr. Fallon is incredibly personably and engaging.  He listened to everything I said and offered great advice based on his experiences.  I had my hair restoration procedure yesterday.  Although it was an all day procedure the day passed quickly.  i absolutely loved his support staff.  We talked throughout they day while they were constantly working.  I think there was a total of 5 staff members assisting with the extraction of my good hair, splitting of the roots, and then implanting in the thin areas.  furthermore,  Dr. Fallon continuously checked on me and gave me my pain meds whenever i asked.  As if I wasn't impressed enough, Dr Fallon and his crew spent an extra hour on my procedure because he wanted to give me more transplant   I slept great last night and i woke up without any pain or discomfort.  i am going to jump on my riding lawn mower later today.  i will keep this review updated to inform readers of my progress.  so far, i am very happy that i met Dr. Fallon and had him perform my transplant procedure.  He even called me this morning to check on me and see how i was doing and the staff gave me a "get well card" that was tucked in my care package. Great people, Great care and good follow up.

3 days after the procedure:  I spent a fair amount of time on my yard this weekend(2 manicured acres), but I tried not to bend over too much and I purposely kept a modest pace because I didn't want to sweat.
I slept perfect and didn't have any pain.  I applied the antibiotic cream to the back of my head and a bluish-green spray that was provided by the doctor.  Other than having little red marks on my head, I felt completely normal.  I am back at work today wearing a handkerchief.  I have shown my head to a couple of co workers.  They didn't notice until they cam up close.  It's been no big deal and I haven't had any discomfort.  Wish I would have done this a couple of years ago.  Just glad I found Dr. Fallon and his team.

I had contacted several clinics in the Portland area, and Advanced Hair was by far the most responsive and welcoming of them all. The staff can be reached by phone, email, text and even a website scheduling page.

During my initial in-person appointment, Consultant Chelsea thoroughly explained the procedure, recommended how many grafts are needed, and set realistic expectations. She also patiently addressed my questions about other hair growth options. Miss Chelsea’s contagious enthusiasm and welcoming demeanor validates how much she enjoys caring for us patients and how much she believes in the service the clinic provides. Lastly, her follow-up skills and reachability are off the charts.

When I go through with the procedure (later this Summer), it’s comforting to know the clinic offers several financing options where a patient can make payments.

Once the surgery in Bellevue WA. Is completed, I will update this review with the experience, details and results.

The whole consultation process is very easy and you will get all the information you need to help you make the big decision. I was able to get the procedure done (in Seattle) just 2 weeks after my visit with Stephanie and the team in Portland. Highly recommended!

*Warning* "Bosley Portland" is actually just a satellite office for Seattle. So there are no procedures done in Portland. Aside from that, Stephanie and her team were very nice. She represents Dr. Lee in Seattle. They were all very professional. I wasn't able to do the procedure yet because I'm on a medication that slows healing. Dr. Lee took the time to do the research on that medication and didn't rush me to place any deposits. Stephanie sold my decision on Bosley. She found me every discount allowed and let me know they don't even shave your head anymore. If you don't mind the ride to Seattle you can get a hair transplant pretty discreetly. I will be booking with them in the summer and will update the review after the procedure. Give Stephanie and call and have a chat at their Portland office.

Stephanie in Lake Oswego was uninformed about the promotions and when we politely declined her offer she slammed the door behind us. The door slamming startled my newborn and she started crying. It was a humiliating experience.

I went online to Bosley.com this morning and their website offered an in person consultation or a online consultation. Because I live an hour away I scheduled An online appointment for 130. At 12:10 PM I received this message. Hi  this is ........ with Bosley I was giving you a call to confirm our scheduled 130 appointment to meet virtually to chat about your hair. I confirmed that I would be there at 1:30. Did the online survey and sent pictures. At 1:35 they said they were with a walk-in customer. At 1:50 I asked if we had a 130 appointment they said they serve the walk-in office clients first. I guess I’m old-school because I cleared my calendar for 130 to have a consultation. I thought that was what a 130 appointment was, not when we can conveniently get to you. At 1:55 they messaged me and  said 10 to 15 minutes. The management of their appointments need to be revised. I don’t blame the consultants as they are just doing their job as they are told. Not impressed.

I felt very disrespected on my choice on canceling the hairclub process. I made an appointment with these guys honestly to have a consultation about my hair and was never intended to buy or start any treatment process due to personal reasons. I was then sold with tbh a good marketing pitch on there treatment plan, but with alot of things going on with my life I can not commit to this. I recently called to canceling the process and was on the phone with the manager. Felt very disrespected when I was on the phone call. She kept asking me what are my solutions and I stated I would like to keep that to myself and find other solutions, she took it at least on my end as an offense and simply told they will cancel my subscription and hung up the phone right after. As someone who works in the medical field, I would never in my life will treat anyone in that kind of way. If someone wants to cancel some sort of service I Will always treat everyone with kindness, respect, and not ask them any personal questions. Please do not go to these guys if you are only looking for answers of what is going on with your hair. Do you personal research and make you choices that suits best for your situation. The staff from the Tigard office is nice, but the manager needs to respect people's choices and not put people down with the choices they have made. I do not recommend this place.

A little bit hard to find, only because the suit number is not on the door. (Instead it is on the wall in the hall between both doors on two different sides. Fortunately, both doors are theirs.)
Consultation was educational. Very knowledge sharing regarding scientific proven ways to regrow your own hair as well as the different options available, incase your not a candidate for your own hair regrowth.
A bit expensive, starting at $3500 but honestly people are paying that for extension that only last 12 weeks. Considering all options at this point, seems to be the most reputable.
I met with Julie Jones and she was kind, up to date on latest studies and overall a good a great fit for her job. It is never easy meeting with someone about personal issues. But, honestly, she was great.

I cannot recommend Jocelyn enough!!! I've had thinning around the hairline and part and have tried hair powders, microneedling, oils and serums. Nothing has done what SMP has. It looks so natural and has helped so much with an insecurty I've been dealing with for years. Jocelyn (and Justin) are knowledgeable and so dedicated to the getting the perfect result. Also doesn't hurt that they're both super personable and like to have fun while they're getting the job done!

I’ve had the privilege of working with Justin the last couple months and I can’t say enough about how awesome his work is, but also him as a person. I’ve been researching SMP for a little over a year so you can imagine how hesitant I was to move forward with the process. While researching, I asked Justin a million questions, all in which he was able to answer in great detail and provide me examples/photos to help connect the dots. While researching, Justin’s work clearly stood out compared to others in the Oregon area. Justin put me at ease with the responses provided but also during our consultation. He never made it seem like I was asking too much or inconveniencing him at all.  Just a real solid guy all around, honestly!

After my first session, I was totally blown away and that was when I immediately knew I made the right decision. A couple sessions later and I’m looking like I have a full head of hair and the only thing I was upset about was the fact I didn’t do this much sooner!! He made me feel really comfortable with the process.  He was very accommodating when it came to scheduling. Also detailed with home care after the work.

I would 100% recommend Dave at SMP Northwest! The quality of work was fantastic. And I'm so happy with the end result! He actually touched up a previous job I'd had done by someone else that just wasn't holding up well over time. So it was a bit more challenging of a project... but he was great and it came out looking wonderful. In addition to the results themselves, he was so generous with his time. He met me on two Sundays to accommodate my schedule. And the second Sunday was to touch up some areas that needed a bit more attention to look just right. He takes his time. Is very detail oriented. Makes sure you're completely satisfied with the end product. And explains everything he is doing very clearly. I honestly couldn't give him any higher praise. As for SMP itself.... I am so happy I've done it! It truly is such a confidence booster. I only wish I'd known about it sooner. If you're thinking about it... just go see Dave and talk to him about it.
