I’m looking forward to this FUE procedure because of the customer care, professionalism and knowledge already shown me at the Lake Oswego, OR office. I had contacted several clinics in the Portland area, and Advanced Hair was by far the most responsive and welcoming of them all. The staff can be reached by phone, email, text and even a website scheduling page. During my initial in-person appointment, Consultant Chelsea thoroughly explained the procedure, recommended how many grafts are needed, and set realistic expectations. She also patiently addressed my questions about other hair growth options. Miss Chelsea’s contagious enthusiasm and welcoming demeanor validates how much she enjoys caring for us patients and how much she believes in the service the clinic provides. Lastly, her follow-up skills and reachability are off the charts. When I go through with the procedure (later this Summer), it’s comforting to know the clinic offers several financing options where a patient can make payments. Once the surgery in Bellevue WA. Is completed, I will update this review with the experience, details and results.
