If you are struggling with hair loss and want to feel more comfortable in your own skin again, I would highly recommend SMP at the Scalp Shop. The process and aftercare instructions were clearly explained, and Kat answered any questions I had. Kat was super friendly, easy to talk to, and made me feel at home in the studio. The environment was calm and welcoming, and I felt comfortable during my appointments. I could tell that Kat truly cares about her clients and takes pride in the work that goes on in the shop. I left my last session feeling confident and satisfied with the results, but I knew that I would always be welcomed back at the shop if I had any future questions. Overall, I am glad that I looked into SMP, and I am even happier to have had at it done at the Scalp Shop!

I def. had 2 good experiences at the NYC location. Kat, I definitely appreciate your time & patience w/me. Both series done on me was an experience. What I LOVED/recognized the most was your cleanliness & constant changing of your gloves. You explained, as well as showed me how it was going to be done. On the 1st visit, you waited til I arrived & had such a positive/professional disposition. The shop's atmosphere was on point{music/energy/clean.} On second visit, {if I didn't tell you}, I appreciate how you were willing with NO hesitation; to fill-in any areas that I asked of. Let me just say this place is Necessary! I like finding new business locations in my neighborhood. They've been here for quite some time and I had no idea. As soon as I walked in I was greeted so nicely by Gio! Although I didn't have an appointment, he explained the procedure to me step by step. And then I met Kat what a pleasant experience. They made me feel comfortable and at ease. Definitely a plus to the Community!
