RESTORE Hair Transplant & Restoration

I am immensely grateful to Dr. Ross and his exceptional team for their outstanding work on my hair transplant in March 2024. The entire experience was smooth and comfortable from start to finish. During the two-day procedure, I had the choice to watch Netflix or listen to music, and we ended up listening to music both days. We spent the time talking and hanging out while Dr. Ross and his team worked their magic. I even returned for a touch-up session, which made the already great results even better. Now, I can’t wait to see the full effect as my hair continues to grow in. Within about a week, I couldn’t even tell I had a hair transplant just days prior. And I even enjoy telling everyone about it, including friends, family, and coworkers, because the results are truly remarkable. Michelle Tinsley from RESTORE played a crucial role, making the entire process seamless with her kind support, which encouraged me to go through with it. I highly recommend Dr. Ross and his team at RESTORE, as they exceeded my expectations.

I called a TON of hair restoration places and restore was the ONLY one who made me feel like they would take my investment seriously and ensure I was truly happy in the end. Few days post op now and the experience was incredible. I was at the New York location and Dr. Ross couldn’t have been more amazing. I would recommend to everyone and can’t wait to see the results!

For one, it was so great to find a spot in the U.S. that we can get FUE. Dr Roth was excellent, down to earth and professional. I didn’t get the whole head done and would absolutely let Dr Ross go to work in my call again. Even considering doing it as soon as next year. PA Leslie and Tech Elisa did an exceptional job making me feel comfortable and reaching out to me afterwards to check on my recovery. The procedure itself was run like clockwork. Everything turned out as they explained it would. As I followed the instructions I was given for the healing process, it really wasn’t that bad. Lastly, thank you to Lyndon and Katie for helping steward the onboarding process. You were pleasant to work with from the rip.

Dr. Ross and his team did an outstanding job! From the moment I arrived, they made me feel completely comfortable and ensured I was well-informed every step of the way. They provided detailed, easy-to-follow instructions for post-procedure care, which made the recovery process seamless. One of the standout aspects of my experience at RESTORE was their flexibility. I didn’t need all 1,500 grafts initially planned, and Dr. Ross offered me the option to either get a refund for the unused grafts or save them for a future procedure. This level of transparency and patient-first approach really impressed me.

1 week post procedure and all is giong well. Dr. Ross and his whole team are fantastic! They are very professional and efficient. I had a 2 day procedure and was totally satisfied with it. Time will tell how it looks, but so far it looks great! I highly recommend Restore NYC!!
