My experience at Hair Restoration Institute was extraordinarily professional and comfortable and just an overall positive experience. Dr. Reece and the team, including Nate my point of contact, made me feel like they genuinely cared about my well being, were great listeners and were very detail oriented. And the tone of the office is warm and fun. I'm only one week into recovery but everything is going well and they have checked up on my numerous times. I was an "out of towner" client, but that did not effect their level of attention. They went above and beyond in the plan for my implants and what they charged was reasonable in comparison to many other places I looked into. I highly recommend them.

I recently had a hair transplant at the Hair Restoration Institute of Minnesota with Dr. Robert Reese and his exceptional team, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. My journey started a couple of months ago with Nate, who was incredibly helpful in explaining the entire process, understanding my situation, and working with me to find the best approach that fit my needs. I had 3,300+ grafts done, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. The clinic was spotless, and the entire staff / team made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure, providing meals, checking in on me regularly, and letting me relax by watching TV during the surgery. They even arranged for my stay at the nearby Crowne Plaza, just a two-minute walk from the clinic, at no extra cost, making the recovery process much easier. It’s been 15 days, and everything is healing beautifully. Dr. Reese and his team have followed up consistently to check on my progress, and I’m so grateful for their genuine care and expertise. Highly recommended!

So far so Good from my consultation with Alec to talking on the phone with Nate and getting my hair transplant procedure done by Dr. Reese and the whole great technician crew! Today is the day after the surgery and I feel good. I just can't wait for my hair to grow back to see the final result of my new hairlne at 1800 grafts!!!! The crew was Amazing, Dr. Reese was amazing!! Lets GooooO.

Wonderful experience from Michael’s call, to his kindness and welcome. Alec, my counselor was so good, explained things easily, absolutely no pressure. Talked about all options and suggested I follow through with my other MD appt and if it didn’t show results in 6 months to return and explore PRP, very pleasant experience, highly recommend
