Alice is AMAZING! I was so hesitant at first to get my eyebrows microbladed but after extensive research I knew that if I was going to get them done it had to be with her! Alice is extremely talented, caring, and kind. She understands how the initial treatment can be daunting to a newbie so she walks you through the entire process and is always ensuring you are comfortable. I loved my eyebrows so much I ended up getting my lips blushed by her too! Getting my eyebrows and lips done by Alice was such a great decision and saves me so much time when I am getting ready each day. If you are considering any permanent makeup, don’t think twice and book with Alice!

Alice is wonderful! She is very personable and truly a perfectionist! She did an awesome job with my eyebrows and making them look natural. She is very detail oriented which makes her a perfect choice for choosing an eyebrow artist. She takes the time you need to explain and answer all your questions while showing you how your eyebrows will look when done. She does fantastic work and I still get compliments. It has been almost a year since I had them done and they look just like the day I had the them done. If you want beautiful eyebrows I highly recommend you go to Alice as she is a master artist in her field!!!!

Alice works with great detail and did the most wonderful job filling out my brows.  I’m confident every day and no longer need makeup to fill or shape my brows.  The process is collaborative and I’m so happy with my results.  Would recommend to all!

Great  service! I went for permanent lip color. I was very nervous as I haven’t done anything like this before. I wasn’t sure what to expect and I wasn’t sure how I would like the final result. Alice did amazing job!  Alice answered all my questions, made me feel comfortable and knew what she was doing. She helped me choose a color that would look natural with my skin tone. My upper lip is darker than the bottom, so Alice did a color correction, it requires two sessions (4-6 weeks apart) to achieve the same color on bottom and top.

“I’d give Amie 6 stars if I could. I couldn’t be more excited and happy with my whole experience start to finish with Sovereign SMP. I’ve been balding since my mid-twenties and it takes a hit to your confidence so when I found out about SMP I was invested in learning more about it but hesitant since it’s not as well known here in the United States yet. Amie met with me for an initial consultation, wasn’t pushy or “sales-y” at all and confidently answered all my questions. That was my first time meeting with her and I’ve had 4 sessions since to create the exact look I was going for. I get excited to look in the mirror again! Best decision I’ve made in a long time - only regret I have is not doing it sooner.

Scalp treatment was relaxing, there was a lot of attention to detail. Neck and shoulder massage, heated eye mask, and sheet mask. They didn't dry my hair all the way though. In their defense I do have a lot of hair but my hair was still damp near the scalp when I left. Also the lash lift in comparison to the previous one I had at a different location was kind of lack luster. It looks like when I attempted to do it myself but realized I couldn't get the same lift. In comparison, the dye tint wasn't applied well enough to the inner and outer corners, I think the perm solution should have been left on longer because I didn't get anywhere near the same amount of lift. They usually give you a spoolie or do it themselves so your lashes are actually separated. I left with my lashes stuck together and a little product still left on my eyes that I had to scratch off. For $200 for both of the services I would have expected better. The photo where my lashes are actually curled and fully tinted was no more than $50

I had my first scalp treatment today, and it was such a relaxing and comfortable experience! From start to finish, it felt so soothing — exactly what I needed. My scalp feels refreshed, and my hair is incredibly soft and amazing. Mara did my treatment, and she was absolutely wonderful. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time and did an amazing job. Highly recommend her and this treatment — I’ll definitely be coming back for another session.

I had the most relaxing and rejuvenating head spa experience tonight! From start to finish, the service provider did an absolutely amazing job. The treatment left my scalp feeling refreshed and my hair incredibly soft and healthy. I’ve never felt this good after a hair and scalp treatment before! The atmosphere was soothing, and the attention to detail made the experience truly luxurious. I highly recommend this service to anyone looking to improve their scalp health and enjoy a moment of pure relaxation. I will definitely be coming back

My experience at Hair Restoration Institute was extraordinarily professional and comfortable and just an overall positive experience. Dr. Reece and the team, including Nate my point of contact, made me feel like they genuinely cared about my well being, were great listeners and were very detail oriented.  And the tone of the office is warm and fun. I'm only one week into recovery but everything is going well and they have checked up on my numerous times. I was an "out of towner" client, but that did not effect their level of attention.  They went above and beyond in the plan for my implants and what they charged was reasonable in comparison to many other places I looked into. I highly recommend them.

I recently had a hair transplant at the Hair Restoration Institute of Minnesota with Dr. Robert Reese and his exceptional team, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. My journey started a couple of months ago with Nate, who was incredibly helpful in explaining the entire process, understanding my situation, and working with me to find the best approach that fit my needs. I had 3,300+ grafts done, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free.

The clinic was spotless, and the entire staff / team made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure, providing meals, checking in on me regularly, and letting me relax by watching TV during the surgery. They even arranged for my stay at the nearby Crowne Plaza, just a two-minute walk from the clinic, at no extra cost, making the recovery process much easier. It’s been 15 days, and everything is healing beautifully. Dr. Reese and his team have followed up consistently to check on my progress, and I’m so grateful for their genuine care and expertise. Highly recommended!

So far so Good from my consultation with Alec to talking on the phone with Nate and getting my hair transplant procedure done by Dr. Reese and the whole great technician crew! Today is the day after the surgery and I feel good. I just can't wait for my hair to grow back to see the final result of my new hairlne at 1800 grafts!!!!

Wonderful experience from Michael’s call, to his kindness and welcome. Alec, my counselor was so good, explained things easily, absolutely  no pressure. Talked about all options and suggested I follow through with my other MD appt and if it didn’t show results in 6 months to return and explore PRP, very pleasant experience, highly recommend

If you’re even considering having your brows done, book some time with Amie. She’s absolutely amazing, and is everything I look for in a person who is going to perform a high-visibility, nearly permanent service on my body: detail-oriented, thoughtful, meticulous and caring. I have zero regrets other than I didn’t do this years ago! Her space is cozy, welcoming, and very private. I am excited to try her other life-changing services. No more spending valuable time in front of the mirror trying to draw in my sparse eyebrows, only for them to look wonky in 30 minutes. Consistency and ease is what it’s about for me at my age.
