I went in on Friday to see what options there were for me because I am loosing hair. I just moved here. I had a nice woman take photos of my head with microscopes. She said I would get a video call explaining my pics and help me. I had to wait a long time for a man who came on the video call, called me the wrong name and rude about my hair. Man on call said he wears fake hair. I said I didn't want fake hair. He said Hair club is only fake hair, and sorry I wasted my time and hung up! The man's name starts with a G but call was so short I didn't catch it. I came to Hair Club because website said lots of options available. Never talked about my hair photos. I have family who goes to Hair Club so all money saved up for this and ready. Man was rude, mean, and embarrassed me. Whole call lasted 5 minutes. He would not let me ask any questions. I don't want any further contact from HAIR CLUB. When you make people feel bad and your business is to make them feel better you need to do better! Will not be sending friends and family bulldozed.

I am seeing some improvement with my hair. I’ve been a HairClub member about 2 months now. My service provider Nicole is the best! She is very gentle and nurturing with my hair! 😊 Stiff customer service on the phone when trying to schedule an appointment. After the first few sessions they switch you from a 2x a month appointment to once a month (which was not explained up front). For the price I signed a contract for which was about $4000 for one year, I definitely feel I should be able to get served twice a month. It’s not like I’m getting my hair styled (twists, braids, etc). Idk if I will renew next year yet but I’m glad to know some of my hair is coming back in an area that was once completely bald. I will update in a few months…

I was a client of theirs for six months and I only went in search of a natural hair regrowth treatment but it was expensive and it also sounded like it was not efficient, but they still convinced me and I accepted it. The cost was: $3,504.23 for one year and I paid $273.11 per month (something like that), but after 6 months I had to cancel the treatment because I wasn't seeing any results. And I understood that all the treatment of pills, shampoo, conditioner and other solutions was just a scam, although they had also told me that if that treatment solution did not work that I should not worry because I was not going to lose all the money because I could get a discount when I get a hair implant treatment that is much better. Then I realized that I was actually paying for a discount for a hair implant that I really didn't want and not just for natural hair regrowth treatment.

To be honest, Felix isn't my real name. HC is big into anonymity and discretion and so am I. They take your privacy seriously or else I would never have signed up. It's in a big medical building so if I happen to run into someone I know (has only happened 1 time in 10 years) , I have a dozen reasons I could be there. Billing is discreet, they won't even tell you it's them when they call, and even the shopping bags for shampoos are plain. Thank you to Claire, Nancy, Brian, Anna, Mark, and the rest of the staff for making this my preferred location.

Bad experience I ever had. I went there for a consultation, and they made me sign for a $5000 loan, not for a hair replacement for a wig, one year later no service and I am still paying for a loan I don't receive any service for. I don't recommend this business to anyone. If you need a place go somewhere else.
