I have had a reciding hairline for a while now. Randy suggested SMP, I had never heard of it before, but I have many tattoos. It sounded cool and the pictures I saw were natural looking. This man is the best in the business. I have a very different haircut color compared to what you normally see get SMP. I was worried it would look weird but Jon’s previous work looked so good I figured I’d give it a shot. He was able to color match perfectly and did better than I could have imagined. He restored my confidence in my hair line and it gives me options for different hairstyles now that I maybe wouldn’t try with my previously light corners. Amazing job on the SMP work I got done by Jon. He’s very professional, clean & on time with every appointment. Prices are very affordable (my opinion). After my 3rd session he still kept in contact with me to make sure I was happy with the outcome of the SMP. I personally would recommend anyone to him. Keeps a very clean shop & forgot to mention he nice with the clippers. So if anyone is looking for a barber I definitely co sign. Very knowledgeable with the work he does and if you have any questions, he knows how to answer them.

I went in on Friday to see what options there were for me because I am loosing hair. I just moved here. I had a nice woman  take photos of my head with microscopes.  She said I would get a video call explaining my pics and help me. I had to wait a long time for a man who came on the video call, called me the wrong name and rude about my hair. Man on call said he wears fake hair. I said I didn't want fake hair. He said Hair club is only fake hair, and sorry I wasted my time and hung up! The man's name starts with a G but call was so short I didn't catch it. I came to Hair Club because website said lots of options available. Never talked about my hair photos. I have family who goes to Hair Club so all money saved up for this and ready. Man was rude, mean, and embarrassed me. Whole call lasted 5 minutes. He would not let me ask any questions. I don't want any further contact from HAIR CLUB.  When you make people feel bad and your business is to make them feel better you need to do better! Will not be sending friends and family bulldozed.

I am seeing some improvement with my hair. I’ve been a HairClub member about 2 months now. My service provider Nicole is the best! She is very gentle and nurturing with my hair! 😊

Stiff customer service on the phone when trying to schedule an appointment. After the first few sessions they switch you from a 2x a month appointment to once a month (which was not explained up front). For the price I signed a contract for which was about $4000 for one year, I definitely feel I should be able to get served twice a month. It’s not like I’m getting my hair styled (twists, braids, etc). Idk if I will renew next year yet but I’m glad to know some of my hair is coming back in an area that was once completely bald. I will update in a few months…

I was a client of theirs for six months and I only went in search of a natural hair regrowth treatment but it was expensive and it also sounded like it was not efficient, but they still convinced me and I accepted it.  The cost was: $3,504.23 for one year and I paid $273.11 per month (something like that), but after 6 months I had to cancel the treatment because I wasn't seeing any results.  And I understood that all the treatment of pills, shampoo, conditioner and other solutions was just a scam, although they had also told me that if that treatment solution did not work that I should not worry because I was not going to lose all the money because I could get a discount when I get a hair implant treatment that is much better.   Then I realized that I was actually paying for a discount for a hair implant that I really didn't want and not just for natural hair regrowth treatment.

To be honest, Felix isn't my real name.  HC is big into anonymity and discretion and so am I.  They take your privacy seriously or else I would never have signed up.  It's in a big medical building so if I happen to run into someone I know (has only happened 1 time in 10 years) , I have a dozen reasons I could be there.

Billing is discreet, they won't even tell you it's them when they call, and even the shopping bags for shampoos are plain.

Bad experience I ever had. I went there for a consultation, and they made me sign for a $5000 loan, not for a hair replacement for a wig, one year later no service and I am still paying for a loan I don't receive any service for.

I don't recommend this business to anyone. If you need a place go somewhere else.

I got a hair transplant from the Connecticut office 3 years and I am not satisfied with my results. I had 2 people working on my head. My procedure was supposed to fix my hairline. One side of my head looks okay and the other side looks bad. I have to put fibers on my head to cover the botched procedure. I spent 10k for a botched procedure. I should've went to Turkey.

The procedure itself was smooth, and the results are nothing short of amazing (though I'm only a month out). I’ve seen a dramatic improvement in my hair, and it looks completely natural. What impressed me most was the care and attention to detail that the staff provided, always making sure I was comfortable and informed throughout. The folks here took really good care of me. I was apprehensive about the procedure but they did a great job putting me at ease. When I need a repeat prescription they take care of it in short order as I chop and change pharmacies. I'm happy with how everything turned out from an aesthetic point of view too. I went down the FUT avenue and while it was the cheaper option I don't have any regrets about choosing it.  Overall, it was a more pleasant experience than I was expecting, you could do far worse I'm sure that Dr B.

I did a lot of research on Dr. Boden on various forums before driving down from NH to get FUE. I wanted to see if the hairline could be fixed or if it was finally time to start shaving my head. I am 36 for reference. My goal was to get to a low/no maintenance hairline that I wouldn't need to comb over to look presentable.
Dr. Boden was very friendly and approachable, gave me very realistic expectations after measuring which/how many donor sites were good candidates, what my personal balding pattern would look like in the future, hair thickness/density, etc.
He emphasized getting a natural looking hairline while matching the patterns of my hair and existing hair density.
Now over a year out, I am happy to say the hair looks full and natural, like when I was in my early 20s.

I was hesitant at first to pursue hair restoration, given I am young and hadn't pursued any kind of cosmetic procedure in the past. I decided to give Dr. Boden a try based on the reviews online and other individuals who have gone to him. I was comforted by the initial consultation, as he was warm, personable and understood my anxiety surrounding the procedure.
I ultimately went with FUE. The day that I arrived, I was greeted by his staff and him. The whole office staff was kind and helped lighten the mood. I was at the office the majority of the day, but it flew by, and was relatively painless. The recovery was easy and quick. I didn't start seeing results until about 3-4 months in which is to be expected, and now that I am over a year out, I see a huge difference. My confidence has changed immensely. No one can even tell I had a hair transplant performed. My expectations have easily been surpassed and I am very happy I went through with all of it. Dr. Boden just isn't looking to get in a procedure and never see you again. He is truly interested in your entire journey, including post-op and wants to make sure you maintain that confidence in your hair/appearance with follow ups. He did my husband fathers smp not only did he make him look younger he made him feel younger lol . At first he was a little hesitant due to his skin tone being darker but honestly  you were able to see the pigmentation even from a far but yet it was so natural  at the same time .
