Darren on the Revitalizer Team was very helpful, fast, conscientious, & diligent in assisting me with my revitalizer cap. I highly recommend and appreciate his professional level customer service. All questions were answered and everyone was kind and thorough. I especially liked the brass plaque on the wall reciting the founders key values 🙏 That showed me how seriously the team values those principles and how that guides them in their work.

The San Francisco office needs new chairs for the operating room. Very uncomfortable and they looked old. I feel like this should be upgraded with the amount of money it cost the patient.

Each staff person I interacted with from beginning to end were helpful, professional, and caring. The doctor and staff were awesome. After a year or so, I worked with Stephanie to take care of a follow up appointment. She made the process smooth and painless. She was responsive and helpful.

After waiting for one hour for my appointment, they told me doctor is not available but he will review the pictures and get back to me over the phone. He never did. I called twice and every time they told me that he will get back to me with no response. I lost over 80 percent of the grafted hair in less than two years and after spending 10K. I do not recommand this doctor and the San Francisco office.
