John is great. Walked me through every step of the way. He also took his time and did a great job. Never rushed any of the process and was specific to detail. Very satisfied with the results and extra glad I decided to use John for this important step in my life..

I was a bit nervous going into my 1st session with Johnny even though I had done tons of research beforehand. I was put at ease the moment I entered CreativeScalps and sat down to discuss the plan to make my SMP as natural looking as possible. Johnny is a true artist, his attention to detail and precision is what makes him so great at what he does. This has given me a boost in confidence and I would do it over in a heartbeat. I left a one star review previously, I'll change it to a three star, because John responded. Response to John Douglas: (As far as not knowing how to pickup a telephone to call John, with my issues. When I got my SMP done two years ago, John told me that it would take 2-3 sessions. After the third session I expected the SMP to be finished, because each session I drove over three hours, so I was at a total of 9+ hours of driving. I got back home, and had my wife look at it, before and after it healed, and she noticed that there were various circular spots that were lighter than the rest, and it made it look like alopecia, and things weren't uniform. Before that third session I had asked you about that, and you shined strong lighting on my head, and said that you fixed them. So after my wife took photos and pointed the spots out, I texted you and asked you to fix them. I drive back down, spending another 3+ hours driving, and you just sped through the session, and it felt like you barely touched anything up. I get back home, and my wife shows that you didn't even touch things up, and she also notices a tattoo type line on multiple different spots where you must have accidentally left small lines on my head So I left a 2 or 3 star review on google, because you asked me to leave you a review (you apaprently only wanted 5 star reviews to be left). You then reply to the review and text me upset, and offer to fix the issue, and you offer to pay for laser removal for the lines, but I just asked that you blend them in, to make the SMP filled and uniform. I bring my wife this time, so she can show you the spots, and I show up and you have the English guy with you, he looks at my head briefly and says that it looks good, this is after I told him on his youtube video what happened without saying who did the work, and on there he said that you must have done a bad SMP job. So after the fifth session, and driving more than 15 hours, and 12 hours of needle work, my wife confirms that the SMP looks good now, and now I'm happy and removed my review. You definitely did offer to fix the SMP, and it turned out well, but you got way too offended by me leaving my review, after you asked me to leave a review. As far as me wanting the top up from you, you verbally told me that it would cost $400, which is what I would have paid, you said that I would need one after two years, so even though you were upset last time, I decided to look you up, and ask you about it, but couldn't find your business anywhere, then did a little searching and found that you started all over in Alabama, even deleting your old google business with all the reviews etc. It's not that I thought that your work was great, it's that I had already paid $3,200.00, and wanted to touch it up, as it's been over two years, and you said that it would be $400, which could be a good deal). Original response: It looks like John Douglas jumped ship from AZ to AL, so all the customers he had in AZ, won't be able to get a "top up", as he calls them, or a touch up, which he says is needed every two years afterward. Around two years ago, I got SMP from John Douglas, and spent over 12 hours of needle work, and 4-5 trips to get it right (did around 3 hours of driving each trip, was told that it usually takes 2-3 trips to get it done), he kept leaving circular blotches of lighter colored ink on my scalp, and it looked like alopecia, finally after the 4th or 5th trip, it looked okay enough for me, but was still very light colored. I spent $3,200 total, was told that after two years it would need a "top up", which would cost $400, looks like he skipped town, and moved across the country. John Douglas must have deleted all of his AZ reviews and accounts. Looks like one of the last reviews on yelp, was an unhappy client who said that John purposely takes his time, and charges $300 an hour. I remember the English guy was there the last time that John Douglas worked on my SMP, and he was saying that it looked good, which was a lie, it appears that money is all that they care about.
