Amazing and personalized customer service! T is absolutely amazing! She always styles so well, and the blonding she is able to do is GORGEOUS! She really takes her time to get my hair done right while also getting to know me; highly recommend!!

I have been very disappointed with my experience at HairClub. The astronomical price for membership (over $1500) has hardly given me any value added to my life for being a part. The most disappointing thing has been being given Minoxidil treatment and not being warned of the potential "dread shed" that takes place once you begin using it. I found out what was happening to me for FREE on a women's hair loss Facebook group. Unless HairClub responds to this in a responsible manner, based on my very disappointing experience up to this point, I cannot right now recommend them to anyone.

Tashanta Bandy (“T”) is the ultimate stylist. She is professional, creative, and patient — and so much more! I am fully confident in her skills and know that I am going to look my best. She is customer-focused and always has my best interest in mind. “T” takes the time to listen to my concerns—no matter how small—and always derives a solution that has taken those concerns into consideration! She is the quintessential stylist!

Hair club of Birmingham is truly amazing! Chellie, my stylist, is always so accommodating and such a great beautician I always feel better and look better when I leave. Her personality is great and I consider her a friend as well as a life saver!! She has truly changed my life and how I feel about myself.

I’ve been a client of Birmingham HC since 2005. In all my years of coming here, the staff, stylists & manger have all been outstanding. They're professional, friendly and sincerely care about the way you want to see yourself when you look in the mirror. It can be anxious to try something like this because of the unknowns. However, they’ve always been upfront & honest with me from the financial side and the products side; especially with the hair. This isn’t for everyone but for those willing to try, I strongly recommend giving the Birmingham location a shot if you struggle with thinning hair.
