After the initial 3-4 sessions, I couldn't retain my pigment completely (as it varies depending on scalp condition etc.) and he did another 2-3 sessions for free until I got to where I wanted to be. I am really happy with the results and highly recommend Mike. He is also patient with any questions you have during and after the sessions.
