Bosley - Hair Restoration & Transplant - Virginia Beach

I only came in for a consultation and the Senior Counselor I spoke with ,Jenna , was super friendly and helpful when it came to answering my questions and explaining the process. There was no pressure to buy anything and she made me feel more comfortable with the idea of hair transplantation. I will definitely be back to schedule an appointment to meet with the doctor.

Extremely professional and experienced staff in this establishment. The senior counselor and the physician made my visit very informative and helped me to make the correct choice for my upcoming procedure.

From the moment I walked through the door for my procedure I felt at ease. All questions were answered. I felt as if my comfort was most important. Every step was explained before and during the procedure. Everyone was very professional while being super nice. To be around a group of people for almost 8 hours while having a medical procedure done isnt always easy but I felt as comfortable at the end as I did at the beginning. Dr Epstein and his staff - Courtney, Nicole, and Jennifer (along with Monique and Tim) are the absolute best. Anyone within driving distance who is contemplating hair restoration should look no further than Dr Epstein with Bosley.

The team lead and MD were nice and did their best to discuss my issues. My issues bring that back in 2013 I paid 7k for implants that did not work. Needless to say it was not a good experience. These folks are attempting to identify why

The team at the Virginia Beach office were kind and professional while also keeping a positive mode within the procedure room. The team work like a well oil machine together! Very impressive team!
