I really didn’t feel that I could relate or open up to the consultant assigned to me. She was very nice and professional. I voiced some minor concerns and she answered with a general response. Her response didn’t feel comfortable enough for me to open up more. Overall good experience.

Sat down with a consultant to explore options and Beth was very informative and non-salesy! She explained all the options and answered all of my questions until I didn't have anymore questions to ask. At the end, there was no pressure to purchase any product or procedure. This was quite refreshing because I am clearly only in at the informational stage of my decision process. I gave four stars only because I really haven't tried any treatments or products yet and I don't want to mislead by giving a review of the product or services before I actually become a customer. But if they treat potential customers like they treated me, I'd be happy to recommend them to anyone.
