I had the unfortunate experience of joining Hairclub in March, where I was persuaded to get a hair system that cost an arm and a leg. The first system they put on me was a complete disaster, causing me to have the worst vacation trip with my family as I tried to hide the obvious piece of wig on my head. It took them a painstaking three months to finally switch out the system for another type, only to receive one with white and grey hair - a huge disappointment. And now, just five months into this expensive venture, they have the audacity to tell me that I'm all out of hair systems and that if I want more, I must pay a whopping $500 a month to continue with them. This is absolutely unacceptable and a complete rip-off. Save yourself the trouble and money by avoiding Hairclub at all costs. Their lack of quality service and exorbitant prices make them a terrible choice for anyone seeking hair solutions. A word of warning - steer clear of this establishment and find a more reputable and trustworthy provider for your hair needs.

For the loan price and year and a half treatment NOT worth it!!! Save your money Service was ok, no body really talked to me about my plan nor reviewed improvements. Don’t do it!!

I was very pleased with Hair Club' s professional staff, and especially hairdresser and stylist Nancy Cleveland. I really appreciated her superb abilities with dealing with wigs & me. I received so many positive compliments on my hairstyles & color. Many thought it was my own hair. I am hoping to continue with Hair Club' for additional haircare.

I've been a client at the Hair Club for the past year. I initially sought out their services due to my significant hair loss. Thankfully, I can now say I no longer struggle with hair loss. My hair has become noticeably stronger, and I've even experienced regrowth in previously thinning areas. I have nothing but praise for the staff at the San Antonio branch, especially Michelle, who has been incredible. From the moment I sat in her chair, she turned a stressful day into a relaxing spa-like experience. She indeed took the time to understand my hair care needs and provided invaluable advice on how to care for my hair at home. I will be moving from San Antonio and wish I could take Michele with me 😁. My only negative experience is that despite having an appointment, I consistently had to wait for at least 30 minutes, and sometimes even up to an hour. While it wasn't a problem for me personally, it's not ideal for everyone.
