⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Gabby gave me excellent customer service on the phone before my visit and explained their services in great detail. She was extremely helpful and friendly. Once I arrived to my appointment, I was given the same level of service. Desiree, the technician, is very professional and explained to me what would be done every step of the way. She was very patient with me, as I am a bit "picky", and she made sure I was satisfied with the results. I never knew this procedure existed and it is life changing. I HIGHLY recommend El Paso Scalp Studio! You won't be disappointed. ☺

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐What a great experience! Desiree is so knowledgeable not only in what she does at scalp studio but also other treatments. She listens to your concerns and gives you options. Also, she’s a great conversationalist!! Gabby works with you financially which was really a great help. Both are warm and very friendly. I would definitely recommend and I would go back if I needed to.

The attention to detail and natural appearance of the artists work has been life changing for me. Self confidence definitely kicked up several notches!! The pricing was extremely reasonable and a worthy investment. But the best part of the experience was the caring, professional and knowledgeable staff that made this a most memorable experience!
