I had my SMP done around October of 2024. I must say that I was quite impressed with the services provided. Gabby was very informative and put my mind at ease through the process. Desiree is a master technician and extremely skilled at her craft. My only regrets are that I didn't have this done years ago and that I couldn't give 6 stars. Thank you ladies for everything. DS.

Gabby gave me excellent customer service on the phone before my visit and explained their services in great detail. She was extremely helpful and friendly. Once I arrived to my appointment, I was given the same level of service. Desiree, the technician, is very professional and explained to me what would be done every step of the way. She was very patient with me, as I am a bit "picky", and she made sure I was satisfied with the results. I never knew this procedure existed and it is life changing. I HIGHLY recommend El Paso Scalp Studio! You won't be disappointed. ☺

What a great experience! Desiree is so knowledgeable not only in what she does at scalp studio but also other treatments. She listens to your concerns and gives you options. Also, she’s a great conversationalist!! Gabby works with you financially which was really a great help. Both are warm and very friendly.
