I had an appointment with this salon today. My experience was amazing. The atmosphere was so peaceful and friendly. The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable about hair. Please set up an appointment yourself. You won't regret it.

Waited over an hour to be seen. A stylist did come out to greet me and introduce themselves. Poor customer service. I do not recommend this salon. I will not be returning.

Queen is a wonderful and talented stylist. Years ago, Queen has taken care of my hair as well as as Brandy. I was always pleased with their work. I haven’t been a permanent Memphis resident in years so I don’t have a regular stylist. After being quarantined 🥴🤦🏽‍♀️, I need a hair cut bad! I called Queen on yesterday and she accommodated me today! I appreciate her! I love my hair cut. She is as friendly as ever and I am definitely coming back. If you want someone is professional and KNOWS hair, call Queen!

Was looking for treatment to make my scalp healthy as I was dealing with yeast and an aggressive scalp fungus. After many failed attempts with dermatologists and unsuccessful rounds of oral antibiotics and shampoos that robbed my hair and scalp, I blessed up on this salon!! Currently doing a scalp detox with Queen and I can genuinely say my scalp hasn’t felt this good or hasn’t been this healthy in years!! I feel like I’ve gotten my life back. Ladies, we know if our “crown” is not at its best, it can take a toll on us! But I’m so thankful for the services provided here.

Ms Queen was amazing. I had a great experience. She explained how to care for my scalp and hair. I recommend this clinic!
