⭐Waited over an hour to be seen. A stylist did come out to greet me and introduce themselves. Poor customer service. I do not recommend this salon. I will not be returning.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Queen is a wonderful and talented stylist. Years ago, Queen has taken care of my hair as well as as Brandy. I was always pleased with their work. I haven’t been a permanent Memphis resident in years so I don’t have a regular stylist. After being quarantined 🥴🤦🏽♀️, I need a hair cut bad! I called Queen on yesterday and she accommodated me today! I appreciate her! I love my hair cut. She is as friendly as ever and I am definitely coming back. If you want someone is professional and KNOWS hair, call Queen!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Was looking for treatment to make my scalp healthy as I was dealing with yeast and an aggressive scalp fungus. After many failed attempts with dermatologists and unsuccessful rounds of oral antibiotics and shampoos that robbed my hair and scalp, I blessed up on this salon!! Currently doing a scalp detox with Queen and I can genuinely say my scalp hasn’t felt this good or hasn’t been this healthy in years!! I feel like I’ve gotten my life back. Ladies, we know if our “crown” is not at its best, it can take a toll on us! But I’m so thankful for the services provided here.
