⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Cindy was efficient knowledgeable and had great customer service. She knew I was under a deadline and she was able to fit me in on the same day, which I really, really appreciated. She has great active listening skills which really helped felicitate my needs and wants with regarding my hair. Bosley is very lucky to have an employee like Cindy!

⭐⭐Saw a commercial about bosley. I quote " you don't have to look like your dad because this isn't your dad's hair loss treatment ". But I remember as a kid in the early 1980s seeing Bosley hair treatments. So I looked it up. It was established in 1974. So it actually is your dad's and grand dad's hair loss treatment. Just saying it's false advertisement

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I visited the Memphis location and was very Happy to find that they do not engage in high pressure sales tactics. I can't comment on the process because I haven't actually done it yet but if I do decide to it will most certainly be through Bosley.
