Memphis Hair Doctor

The Memphis Hair Doctor group have been & continue to be the best service & follow-up I could imagine. Before coming here for hair replacement I visited two other companies. Both Bosley & another local Doctor were very well prepared. But the coordinator, Shauna, really did a much better customer service job! She arranged a no cost interview with Jay, the technician that would be doing my procedure. He is very experienced & knowledgeable. After our initial consultation I new that Memphis Hair Doctor was the ONLY place to get my procedure done! It is now two weeks since my hair replacement & I couldn't be more pleased! Thank you Jay & Shauna!

Only one phone call in and this is already the most positive experience I've had so far. It feels good knowing there are other options and Ms. Kate made sure I felt at peace.
