Theresa was absolutely fantastic! I appreciate that she was not pushy when we did my consultation, she gave me all the information I needed (timeline and cost), and never once tried to pressure me. I am so glad I moved forward with the scalp micropigmentation service. She made our 3 sessions so much fun (lots of talking, laughing & movie watching!). I actually feel confident again. My hair has been gradually thinning since I was in my 20’s (I am now 50). I have been to doctors and tried all of the treatment options outside of surgery to “fix it”. I have used “hair sprinkles” which are Keratin hair fibers for years to cover the thinning areas. I was still paranoid because wind, rain or especially enjoying time in the water would wash it away. Luckily, I found Theresa and she helped me by providing SMP which does not wash away. It gives the illusion of having a full head of hair. Theresa was amazing to work with and her attention to detail is extraordinary. She is truly an artist and I would recommend her to anyone dealing with these same issues!  We spent 3 long sessions together and she is kind, thoughtful and never short on conversation 😊.

I had a disappointing experience with this hair club. From the moment I signed up, it felt like they were more interested in taking my money than actually taking care of me. The products they provided caused damage to my hair instead of improving it. I expected personalized care and support, but instead, I received minimal attention and guidance. To make matters worse, when I signed up, I was told I could cancel within a month, but it turns out the actual policy is only three days. I do not recommend this place if you are looking for genuine hair care. Save your money and look elsewhere! I would never recommend this place to anyone, and I would give them a 0-star review…

Hairclub has been taking care of me and my thinning hair issues for the last few months.  They have been fabulous at following up and making sure that my needs are being met. This center struggles. I had the worst experience. So much so that I had to take new hair after having cut in at this center to another stylist. The stylist asked me if HairClub finished cutting in the new hair because it was definitely not finished and gapped. Honestly, I would take some of the 5-star reviews with a grain of salt.

They’re always so friendly and do a great job on my hair every time. My hair looks better than ever ever since I started going here
