Bosley - Hair Restoration & Transplant - Pittsburgh

You can travel to turkey and do Good Tour with transplants with 2000$ . They ask me 17000$ and don't respect the appointment I wait 1 hour after my appointment.

I've had a bosley operation in the past and was looking to set up a follow-up appointment to discuss future options. The first virtual consult I had the guy was 25 minutes late, said that there were offices where salesmen could use a scope to see how the post surgical grafts had healed, and that I'd be contacted to set up said appointment. Week went by and didn't hear anything. Called Bosley to set up the appointment to get scoped where I was booked an appointment where I was to be scoped. Went to the appointment; however the gentlemen said he didn't have such scope virtually making the appointment useless. He took pics to send to the original doctor who performed the hair transplant and said the doctor would contact me same day to provide his thoughts. It's been weeks since with no word from anyone. It's like Bosley will bend over backwards to get you the surgery and take your money, but if you pursue aftercare they try to sweep you under the rug. They even have a guarantee where if you're not happy with the surgery results they'll redo grafts free of charge. Honestly think that's a lie at this point.

Receptionist and rep were very nice and welcoming. Rep was kind of agressive and cheesy in his sales presentation - not my cup of tea! Assumed I had a wife, without reading my intake that I have a husband.

I don't like to write negative reviews but Bosley staff forced me to write one. I had an appointment last week for initial screening and I have to drive 40 minutes from my office to reach Bosley. I have taken half day leave and due to traffic and to locate building exactly it took some time for me. I was 10 minutes late to appointment. Receptionist asked me to complete the paper work and it took around 10 minutes. She went inside and inquired something and came back saying your appoinment time is over and you are late by 25 minutes. I was shocked and was ready to wait couple of hours even. She is not treating customers in a good way and speaking in phone when I was speaking with her. Lot of racism and not even answering my questions. Never recommend Bosley to anyone and will never visit again.

My consultant WyTerria Thornton was amazing. She was readily available from the first meeting all the way up to procedure day. Her expertise and ability to answer any and all questions was remarkable.
