3 years later, I’ve finally decided to leave a review as I finally got my revision hair transplant done by an expert after getting botched by Bosley. From my personal experience, I can say both surgeon and staff are not knowledgeable or good at what they do and my surgery day was actually a living hell. Thankfully it wasn’t as bad as it could’ve been but definitely gave me and the AMAZING surgeon that had to fix their sloppy work a headache. I will reiterate this to as many people as I can, whenever I can. My bad was for not digging deeper into Bosley’s history or reading all their honest reviews— which are mostly horrible and a sketchy legacy. All the best to everyone.

The entire day from start to finish was incredible. I sat in the chair for 9 hours from start to finish and somehow it flew by like nothing. No pain, no issues, just great conversation. I had an FUE procedure done and let me tell you, it was an absolute BEEEZE. Amazing staff and doctors. Super informative. I knew everything that was going on at every moment throughout the day. It was the single most professional experience I’ve ever had and I’m in Sales for a living,  so I look at experiences a bit differently. I’ll be referring my friend to this exact office and salesman (Ken) from Saucon asap. Thanks for everything!!

The surgeon was terrible. She was denying my experience, gaslighting me about my experience with past treatments and medications, contradicting other doctors who confirmed I had a failed hair transplant, and took a terrible tone and wasn't willing to listen. She was so unwilling to listen to anything other than me discussing buying treatment options from you guys I had to get up and leave.

All the amazing women went above and beyond. All question answered throughly. I was completely comfortable. Just a over all great experience.

Photo attached is what 12k+ worth of hair transplant got me 2.5 years since procedure, i was close to complete bald, but nothing like the photos they show on their site. They were not very responsive, and when I requested a partial refund I was told to come in, where the doctor said I could have another 500 for free but not money back. If the first 2100 didn't hold what would another 500 do??

Noone from corporate has attempted to contact me to assist or solve the issues.

1-14-2025 Update: I contacted the email that they provided to me in their response and still have not heard back from anyone about this. I will continue to update

2-25-25 Update: I attempted to reach out to both corporate (who told me only local can help) as well as the office i had the work done two weeks ago now. They refused to get on the call or call me back to have a conversation with me about some sort of refund or how to fix this. They just don't care about you, take your bsuienss anywhere else.

Still have not received anything from local or corporate. I highly encourage you to avoid these guys. Bad business practices, bad work, they lie and avoid. I have nothing good to say at this point. Beware!

***I will remove this with a refund so I can go somewhere that will actually give me my hair back.

I've had multiple sessions with Lu over the years.   This brotha is incredible!  I recently had him do some touch up work... Flawless.  Beyond grateful.  🙏

This was a uniquely great experience. The professionalism, the cleanliness in an amazing Van turned hair care center was great!! I recommend Lu if your looking to feel confident with scalp micro pigmentation.

I have had a small bald spot in the side of my head since I was a kid. Over a few sessions, Luis was able to cover it up and make it match well with the rest of the of my hair. He was punctual, easy to communicate with, and his workspace was extremely cleanly. This was a 5 star experience and I could not recommend his services any higher.

Mr.Lu from MWMICU is really an expert in what he does with micro pigmentation, he did a wonderful job on  my head with his expertise ,I am so happy with the way it turned out, even my wife is delighted how it looks. And his place of work is very comfortable and clean. Mr Lu is very understanding and willing to work with you. I love it. I will recommend him ,you won't be disappointed.

I was very skeptical about whole process was definitely on fence but after meeting with Lu on one consultation I was on board.  Lu was very knowledgeable about the procedure. Extremely professional,  his office clean like the board of health not to mention his patience with me. My procedure took several session's I definitely stop he more than a few occasions no sense that he was irritated because I needed breaks in fact he offer me beverages while he waited. I can tell what this process has done for my confidence. I would definitely recommend his services.  Thanks Lu.
