Scalp Status

First I would like to say that Roberto and Lissa are truly amazing people. They are an awesome team. Rob and Lissa explained the process thoroughly and answered every question I had. The facility is clean and neat. I’ve had 2 sessions done and Rob was wonderful. I can see a huge difference!!! He took his time and was very meticulous. He doesn’t just do smp; He treats it as an art form. All I can say is I’m happy that I went to Roberto and Lissa. Amazing individuals all around. Thank you Scalp Status!!!

Lissa did an incredible job. Went in for consultation for my brows that i had done several years ago somewhere else . I needed a refresh and some ink removal done to change the shape . Her place is very comfortal and cute . Highly recommend status ink !

Roberto was very accommodating through the entire process. I felt very comfortable in his skills and techniques. I'm glad I chose his company over a big corporate place I looked into. Very satisfied with the final result !

My 1st session with Rob was amazing. I would definitely recommend Rob to anyone looking for smp in the Cleveland area. He’s very meticulous and takes his time throughout the session. I’m very pleased with the outcome and can’t wait to see final results.

Lissa and Roberto are fantastic! Each time I’ve gone, they took time to answer questions and make sure I was comfortable. They check on your comfort level during procedures and are also very thorough with post procedure instructions and follow up. Their facility is clean and organized. I appreciated how they took the time to explain the equipment being used and how they showed me the new, unopened, sterile materials. They are fun and easy to talk to, but equally important is that they are true professionals and do great work! I highly recommend them!
