I had a consultation January 8th. Everything went well until I noticed a new inquiry on my credit report after being assured it would be a soft pull. This needs to be removed immediately. Until then, this review will remain as is. I take my credit very seriously. * A suitable resolution? That would be you removing this from my credit file after I was told it wouldn’t happen. Perhaps better communication among your team to prevent this from happening to someone else.

Absolutely love Hair Club Cincinnati. Michelle my stylist and Melissa tge officer coordinator are great. I didn't expect to have this much confidence after my first time coming here but my confidence went through the roof, I feel like people are looking at me now instead of the fine, thinning almost bald hair line. If you're like me and your hair is too thin and fine for extensions I recommend coming here and getting a consultation done.
