It’s been one month since my hair transplant at Maxim Charlotte, and I’m very pleased with the experience. Elyse was exceptional in managing the scheduling and providing support throughout the process. Dr. Gus demonstrated great skill and professionalism during the procedure. My recovery has been smooth, and I’m optimistic about the continued progress and results.

I attempted the procedure with another company in VA around my edges and did not have good results,because I’ve learned that they do not understand black hair, so my confidence was low and if I were to do it again, I had to choose a more reputable company. I did my research on Maxim before reaching out to schedule a consult.meeting with Elyse, she was very welcoming and honest about the possible best route for me. Fast forward to my procedure approaching, Dr Diaz reached out with questions to also ensure this was something that would work for me( green flag because it didn’t seem like a money grab). Procedure day Dr Diaz, Candace and Aliyah were very professional and knowledgeable about what I should expect! They even help to keep me calm when I became a bit anxious. So far I’m healing great and looking forward to the results. I can already feel my confidence peeping back through 😊

Dr. Diaz achieved amazing results for me with about 2,800 grafts. Elyse handled consult, communication, and support and was always professional and courteous. She arranged a hotel for me in advance, personally drove me there, and even stopped to get me food before dropping me off, understanding that I wouldn’t want to leave the room post-procedure with a bandaged head, swollen face, and some bleeding. That level of compassion and attention to detail is rare and deeply appreciated. Dr. Diaz performed the procedure with absolute skill and professionalism. Not only was the work exceptional, but he also stayed in contact with me through every phase of the healing process, checking in and ensuring my recovery was smooth. Dr.Diaz is very patient and friendly. He has a very nice staff. Eylse (one of his staff members) offered to drive me home after my procedure. The doctor gives his patients his cell if they have a question, and he responds that day. The care at Maxim Hair Restoration has been very professional so far. I haven't seen my results yet, but I'm looking forward to seeing the result in the next 12 months.
