I came in to get the SMP treatment by Victor and it was a great experience. The clinic is well kept, and staff makes you feel welcomed from day 1. Victor takes the time to answer questions during and after consultation and is upfront, and honest about your needs. I've been battling scarring alopecia areata for years & I'm not a tattoo person so this was a huge commitment for me. Victor is an expert at what he does, everything from the hairline placement and SMP application is measured out & planned. They have entertainment options along with snacks & water while the treatment is being applied it helps take your mind off things. The pain is minor on average 3/10 but it depends on your individual pain tolerance and scalp sensitivity, he does offer anesthesia at an extra cost. Victor does multiple sessions to account for healing time and quality. Victor also shows you all the recommend products and procedures for aftercare. Definitely a great experience.

Great Training and Support. I took the SMP training a couple of months ago, and I’m really happy I did. The training itself was very practical. Surprisingly when I graduated, I felt confident enough to start working with clients right away. What I really appreciated were the extras that came with it. I'm amazed at the website and booking system they made for me. Super professional looking and its been helpful with gaining clients trust as a reputable smp artist. Also, the automated messaging system has saved me a lot of time and I like that I can ignore it and it does the work for me!!! The lifetime support has been great too. I didn't need to use the guarantee, but it was nice knowing it was always there.
