I spent almost my whole adult life feeling ugly and alot of that had to do with my lack of eyebrows. After careful research I decided to finally go for it and booked an appointment with Angel. To be honest I was scared and nervous in the week before my appointment.  On appointment day Angel immediately put me at ease when I arrived with my best friend in tow.  She was so kind and personable yet at the same time professional.  She put on awesome music during the procedure and honestly it felt like a girl bonding session as there was never an awkward silence as we chatted.  Angel I have discovered is a perfectionist and she was not going to let me leave until she was 100 percent certain she had done her very best work.  And boy did she ever!!! I haven't been able to leave a mirror alone this whole rest of the day as I am truly in awe of having these beautiful eyebrows on my face and I finally feel like I am not an ugly ogre I feel pretty!! This is truly a LIFE CHANGING experience for me and I owe eternal gratitude to Angel for creating magic on my face.  If there were a 10 star option I would gladly give her 10 stars.

Angel was such a joy to be around and very professional. She made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me prior to anything being done. She was so accommodating for me after I had to cancel and reschedule several times. I'm glad I was recommended to her by some other ladies that visited her that I work with. I absolutely love my brows and it saves me time in the morning from having to draw them on now. It's so worth getting the Microblading done. Angel is AMAZING!!!!! Her work is the BEST around! And the prices are phenomenal compared to other top notch facilities! I had absolutely no arches and she created the most natural hair like arched eyebrows! I also had the thinnest lips with absolutely no pigment and now they are full with the most beautiful color! I can't thank her enough! My confidence is through the roof now and I owe it all to her! I LOVE my new look! Also to the lady who said that she never called back because of a medical emergency she had a stroke and was out for a while but is all better and back in business so I would definitely call again!

Angel does amazing work! She is extremely professional and yet very personable. Angel took time during the initial consultation to explain the entire procedure, answer questions, and show samples of her work. She checked for comfort throughout the procedure and explained the process before starting and as she moved from step to step. I had a question a few days after the procedure and Angel responded to my message promptly. She is committed to excellence and works to make sure her clients are satisfied.
Angel runs a top notch operation and I highly recommend her services.

I had pencil thin eyebrows, in addition to a quarter size skin graph from skin cancer surgery. Angel was very patient with my OCD nature and meticulous in recreating the look I wanted for myself. As you may notice in the myriad of photos of her work, she gives you what YOU want. Each stroke is tailored to achieve the aesthetics you want for yourself. Her office is clean and she is knowledgeable about the procedures. Angel is personable and patient. For myself, the procedure was COMPLETELY painless, with some slight tenderness that went away the next day. I am so happy I had this done and I highly recommend Angel.

I visited BrowQueen Microblading today for a brow touch-up
with Myra; she did an amazing job. I am beyond impressed! If I could give this place a six star I would. This is not my first time getting my eyebrows done. However, this is by far the best results I’ve gotten. They are very professional and patient. Myra actually listen to my vision and brought to life! MY BROWS ARE FABULOUS!!

Over 1200 dollars later, I am having to pay a new artist at another location to fix my lips. My first time I had my lips blushed here was April 2024, the artist did not do my natural lip line and I had a "lip painted on my lip".
I was confused when I first looked at my results but paid and left. I paid full price for the lip blush and then added a tip (over $450). I emailed the owner and she said she would fix it and do my touch up herself. The owner did my second touch up in June and charged me full price ($150) for the touch up. I thought that this should have been done for free since the first session was done improperly but I didn't say anything. She told me that I would need a third touch up (which is because the initial lip blush was done incorrectly). I needed to save up some more money so I planned this for November 2024. I left with an unnatural pink, very very asymmetrical lip liner. The top lip has one side straight and one side rounded. The bottom has a very uneven line. They charged me $650 for this because she did the lip liner and the lip blush. I didn't know the lip liner would look so harsh and unnatural, let alone so asymmetrical. I have not received any money back for this and now have to wait a couple of months to get my lips redone so they are symmetrical. I went to another artist through another company for a consultation and she stated the reason they are so uneven is because The brow Queen did not map out my lips and chose to free style my lip tattoo. I have reached out to her and she said this is part of the “healing process”. I then reached out to her and asked her if I could come in and she look at how uneven they are and she has not responded. I am attaching pictures of the first session and the last.

Ms Myra was professional  and makes you feel like Special in the room. My brow service was exactly what I wanted... It was relaxing and comfy. If  you looking for a Great experience and service, BrowQueen is the best

I had my eyebrows done somewhere before and I was not satisfied then but this time I’m really satisfied of  Ms. Kitty’s work. She made sure that I was not in pain during the procedure. Thank you very much Browqueen!
