I have never gone to a place that made me as comfortable about the situation I am going through as I age. Nick and Denise are the most accommodating people I have encountered. I was nervous about the whole thing. I decided at the moment to hold off but this will be the place I go to when I do it soon. I have friends in the same pathway I am. I will make sure they go here first

Incredible service and knowledgeable staff. Very sensitive questions were handled professionally and in great detail. No pressure recommendations and easy appointment scheduling. Highly recommend . Follow up from Nick was very much appreciated and unexpected.

This organization operates with a very shady creditor company called LendingClub that the staff seemingly has little to zero knowledge about. I had to cancel my membership and wanted to pay off my owed amount directly to HairClub since I had issues even creating an account on LendingClub (it kept saying I had an invalid account number every time I tried to sign up). I was told by the manager that there would be no issues making that payment directly to their HairClub franchise and that they could simply transfer it over. But then LendingClub kept trying to bill me late fees even after the owed amount had been paid off, resulting in a tanked credit score. They also have a sales quota to push these way overpriced non-refundable lazer hats onto you when you first sign up for hair regrowth treatment, which is a whole other issue. But nonetheless, I would not recommend anybody sign up for a membership and have to deal with LendingClub.

This is the place to go!! Very knowledgeable and enthusiastic staff that lays everything out for you. Clear pricing, expectations and excellent results!

Hesitant at first but the great staff put me at ease and they are pro's at what they do. Don't regret it for a minute. Thanks Hairclub
