Erica, is very professional as well as pleasant. Not only did she make me feel comfortable with my hair problems, she made me feel confident that my hair will grow. I felt like I knew Erica for years when I just met her. Thank you Hair Club for Erica providing her assistance with helping me with growing my hair back.

Erica is my treatment specialist, she is the only one I would go to. She has been amazing. She makes the experience ten times better and relaxed. I can see the growth using the treatment she planned out for me. She is amazing.

BEWARE! THIS PLACE IS A HONEY TRAP. Unless you have a disease that causes hair loss and you have exhausted ALL other options, please please please don’t come to this place. Visit 5 dermatologist if you have to. #1 The consultation is completely virtual. The “Dr.” named Rosemary just tells you what you need to hear in order for you to sign up. She baited me by telling me they understand how to treat my hair type (4) which was a complete lie, which I had to unfortunately found out at my appointment. #2 Once you sign that paper THERE IS NO TURNING BACK. They only give you 3 days to change your mind. That means you will not be able to meet with a stylist and have your first trial to decide if you want to stay or not (also they like never answer their phone) #3 Completely unaware of what to do with coily hair. If your hair type is in the 4’s, just keep it moving. #4 Overall uneducated staff. They have a one size fits all approach. I was having hair breakage (no bald patches) and they told me to apply minoxidil…iykyk (do your research). #5 Highly unprofessional. I’m glad they fired the one guy because he was a hot mess. But even the stylists were weird and rude. One of them asking me why I am even here that I have so much hair. She then proceeded to attempt to wash my hair and tangled it into a birds nest on my head. The second stylist didn’t know how to style my hair and left me walking out with two sopping wet buns on top of my head. I honestly could go on but ik most people are not even going to read this far so proceed at your own risk
