Jackie in Ryebrook is so awesome. She always listens and makes me happy! She is amazing and everyone loves her

The staff is five stars. Mercedes is patient and very knowledgeable. She works with you to get the look you're hoping to achieve. I'm still not 100% satisfied with the system. It's still a work in progress to get the desired color and texture. I started in 2009, and the quality I remembered receiving then doesn't seem to equate with what I'm receiving now.

I've been coming here for years. Staff has always been helpful, kind and professional. My most recent stylist, Mercedes, has been amazing. She is very talented and a lovely person.
