⭐⭐⭐⭐The staff is five stars. Mercedes is patient and very knowledgeable. She works with you to get the look you're hoping to achieve. I'm still not 100% satisfied with the system. It's still a work in progress to get the desired color and texture. I started in 2009, and the quality I remembered receiving then doesn't seem to equate with what I'm receiving now.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I've been coming here for years. Staff has always been helpful, kind and professional. My most recent stylist, Mercedes, has been amazing. She is very talented and a lovely person.
