Kim is amazing at what she does! She made me feel comfortable and she talked me through the whole process. I went for my initial service and also for my touch-up which was about 6 weeks apart. You will not be disappointed. She was clean and kept everything sanitized and even gave me after care items to help with healing. I LOVE MY BROWS!

Kim was very professional! The facility and private space was exceptionally clean which I LOVE! During times when viruses are heightened Kim went above and beyond to ensure that safety was the number one important factor along with providing the best service imagined! She takes her time to make sure you fully understand each and every step. She shows concern for your care while in her by taking brief pauses to endure your doing ok and that it’s ok to proceed further with the process. My experience was amazing, Kimberly who is also the owner, was professional, very nice, and patient with my questions and concerns. I felt like I was her personal friend or family member and I would definitely recommend her services. My eyebrows looked amazing I have to say I was so surprised that my eyebrows was sooo beautiful that I had tears of joy. Best decision ever.

"Trust The Process" I absolutely LOVED my experience at The Brow Life!!! From the initial consultation to the 1st procedure then the final perfecting, Kim has been AMAZING to work with! The salon is clean, hygienic and she set the ambience to make me feel so comfortable, as if I was catching up with one of my best friends! She is so friendly and great to talk with! I had just learned about Ombre Powder Brows and she was able to tell me about the benefits/differences of Ombre Powder Brow versus Microblading (which I was considering at the time), which helped me to trust that I was making the right decision to do Powder Brows. Before the procedure she explained to me "what to expect" and all the tips I should know to ensure an easygoing procedure, which I truly appreciated as this was my first experience doing anything like this. The procedure took a couple or so hours, but time seemed to have flew by since we were talking and listening to music. When the procedure was finished, I was given items to take home to care for my brows. She stayed in touch to make sure that I was healing okay and that there were no issues. I fell in LOVE with how my brows looked, she did such a great job with the shape I wanted and choosing the right color(s) to match my hair. I've been able to cut a large fraction of time that I would spend on doing my makeup. My brows were really bare and so I had patchy areas that needed attention, after about 6 weeks I was able to schedule for the perfecting of my brows, this visit was about fixing the patchy areas and really making my brows PERFECTLY how I wanted!
