Very professional and accommodating. I had 1600 grafts done. I arrived at 6:00am. All grafts were completed by 2:30pm. Post operative instructions were clear and easy to follow. Provided post treatment supplies. I flew back to Alaska the next day. Dr's and staff are amazing. Thanks again, Aaron

Met with Kurt in March of 2024. Great preliminary meeting and decided to go ahead with the procedure in June. The staff members were just the greatest during the procedure and very helpful with any questions I had following. Today June 6, 2025 was my 1 year review. Very disappointed in the results and follow up. I made clear my biggest worry was potential thinning behind the new hairline for years after the procedure. I was complacent and trusted how things were drawn up. The grafts were not enough for how aggressive the hairline was done. Then I got a second 1400 graft procedure and I still have major thinning. The second one was discounted but still the highest I have seen in the market. I was told by restore to focus on defensive strategies now. If you choose restore make sure you know exactly what you need and how many grafts. Do not lean on them to be the experts. I did and will regret the decision forever. If the 1st procedure was done correctly and higher up, everything would have turned out great. It's clear the customer service changes immediately once it is clear you are not going to keep giving them money. The two stars is for the efforts of the team during the procedure because they make that day pretty easy.

I had a very pleasant experience at Restore. The doctor and the staff were courteous and made me feel comfortable. The procedure was completed timely before my flight back and they gave good instructions for me to follow post procedure. Hopefully, I will start to see the results in the coming months.

Restore did an amazing job! I'm very happy with my results. Kurt couldn't have been nicer. He explained everything in detail how the procedure would go, what to do post op and gave great advice on how to maintain my results long term. Thanks again guys!
