Highly recommend this place! For the illusion of more volume, Shiri is your person! She is incredibly kind and patient in explaining the SMP process and procedure. Her approachable and friendly demeanor makes it easy to ask questions, and she always takes the time to ensure everything is clear. It's been a pleasure working with her, and I will be going back to her in the future.

I started going bald at 21 years old. I began shaving my head, but because of my dark hair, it never fully concealed the obvious "horseshoe" pattern. It wasn't until this year, at 40 years old, that I heard about SMP. I watched a ton of YouTube videos on the procedure and quickly discovered that the quality of the outcome varies widely between providers. Go to a bad provider and you could be stuck with a bad look for the rest of your life. I found Mark's channel at Scalp Ink Design and was impressed with the subtle, natural appearance of his his customers' hairlines, so I booked a consultation. From the beginning, Mark made the process easy and transparent. He let me know how many treatments I'd likely need and what the price would be (it was very affordable). If it turned out I needed more treatments than he projected, the additional treatments would come at no charge. Everything he told me turned out to be accurate, with no unpleasant surprises along the way. As for the procedure itself, I had my final treatment yesterday and couldn't be happier with the outcome. I have the hairline I did at 20 years old, it looks subtle and natural, and absolutely no one can tell it's a "tattoo," even if they look closely. I had grown used to being a "baldie" for so long that I underestimated the difference that having a youthful hairline could make in my self-confidence. Best of all, the results are permanent, with only a minor touch-up needed every couple of years. As a now-former "chrome dome," I highly recommend the SMP procedure and getting it done at Scalp Ink Design if you're in South Florida.
