i had my procedure 3 weeks ago with Dr Bolton. I was little nervous at first with having to travel and get the procedure done. I made the trip and everything went very smooth the day of the procedure. I felt very comfortable and Mike who has been helping make this happen the whole time was always there for any questions i had before during and after . Deciding to have my 2nd hair transplant surgery with Dr. Huebner was not a hard decision since I had such a great experience with his office two years ago. I have no complaints about Dr. Huebner and his staff. It was such a relief to return to his office and actually have the same staff perform my procedure. Dr. Huebner was so patient and thorough, and he made sure that I knew how to reach him if I had any questions or concerns after the procedure. Dr. Huebner's staff were equally as wonderful. They made sure that I was comfortable on the procedure day and checked in with me prior to the surgery as well as the following week. Having a hair transplant procedure is not an easy nor cheap decision, do yourself justice by going to an office that actually cares about you and not just how much money you can offer. As an African American woman it was important to find an office that had experience with patients of color, you will definitely find this here! Also, please note that my 2nd procedure was anticipated from the beginning, everything went great with my 1st procedure however I wanted more density due to the extent of my hair loss.

I had Dr. Segal and his team (Jenny, Scarlet and Kerry) do the procedure. They were really nice and amazing. They were really patient with me. No signs of agitation or frustration. They fed me well as the procedure was being done and kept checking on me. I am happy that I did go to Florida all the way from Virginia for this hair transplant. Thank you guys for everything!
