Came here for the hair restoration and from the beginning with the phone call the initial meeting with Robyn they were 100% top-notch. They are very open with communication, nothing is rushed everything is up front and there are no surprises. The biggest benefit of all is the fact that if there's any questions at any point before and especially after if you call Dr Markou or Robyn they will answer all of your questions. Obviously your results is their reputation and they want everything to be a positive experience ....which it was! All the staff extremely positive and great to work with. Highly recommend.

So, you are reading reviews, because you are interested in Dr. Markou, but want to know what patients say. Well, if there were more stars, I would give them to Dr. Markou and his beautiful staff! I am a hair restoration (FUT) patient and just completed my second surgical procedure. Like you I read the reviews and his website and even spoke with a friend that said Dr. Markou was highly recommended. I spent months researching and trying to decide. I sat down at my consultation and was a bit nervous. Robyn was so kind, caring, informative and calming. She will give you a packet that explains Dr. Markou amazing education and talents. My wife and I were blown away at the education, experience, and endorsements Dr. Markou has. Then when you sit and talk to him, you realize just how amazing he really is. They did not leave the room, until every question I had was answered and even some two or three times. They simply make you feel like family. Dr. Markou will tell you the truth and what he thinks, no matter good or bad. He knows what needs to be done and will not try to up charge you or recommend expensive accessories to make more money. He is as honest as they come. After the visit we knew Dr. Markou was for me. I had two FUT hair restoration surgical procedures. Robyn (Patient Care Coordinator) was so kind, caring, knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond with everything she does. Vicki & Lexi implanted the graphs. They are so kind, caring, gentle and knowledgeable at what they do. They made me feel like family and the procedure so much easier to handle. Dr. Markou did such a great job and was always a true professional. Now I am only a year or less from a full head of hair again. In all my years, I have never met a doctor and staff like this group. The first procedure was amazing and I had so much more hair growth. If you want the best doctor, staff, and best outcome, well then forget all the rest. Oh, and they have a very clean facility as well. If you are serious and want to pay a lot less than Bosley, who by the way is not better, just more expensive than Dr. Markou should be your choice period. He also has a full-service family practice, so I would "HIGHLY" recommend & endorse Dr. Markou and his staff to anyone and everyone!!!!!

I had several consultations at other offices. Was referred to Dr Markou by a friend and he was the only Dr who actually met with me and did the consultation. I felt very comfortable with that. He accurately explained all options. I proceeded with Robotic. Had my surgery about 6 months ago and starting to see the hair grow in. The staff is great. Family atmosphere! This really changed my life.
